Central location for sightseeing! Excellent breakfast was included! Staff was friendly!

A bit far away from the train station. It takes less than 10 minutes by street bus or uber.

The Staff was excellent as the location. The receptionist told us information about the area and gave us a map(game of thrones sights). The rooms were large. The breakfast had a big variety.

Prior to my arrival, I sent several requests regarding room type and location. I honestly didn’t expect everything to be accommodated, but the property matched every single one of them. The room was very clean, the location couldn’t be better, and the breakfast was decent and convenient to start the day. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very positive experience and I appreciate the attention to detail.

I loved how big were our 2 beds, they were also very comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional and staff were very kind. The parking is also close to the hotel.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The hardest mattress of my life. The room was pretty outdated as well.

Staff were very pleasant. Lounge and areas were very comfortable. Cases were held while we completed a tour on the last day. Staff happily arranged tours and taxi.

Great location in city center.

Parking was difficult to find (due to being in a pedestrian-only zone, so could not get direct route on google maps) & expensive. We tried calling reception for help and all she said was use google maps and would not assist us further. The hotel is definitely not 4 stars - rooms desperately need renovation (old stained carpet, yellow walls, limited outlets). The bed headboard had rips and stains. The sink in the bathroom was cracked & the hairdryer was so old it barely functioned. Worst of all, the entire room had a horrid stale cigarette odor that flared my allergies and made it hard to breathe/sleep.

Convenient to the City Centre, excellent breakfast, kind staff, parking included nearby.

The location is fantastic , great transport connections . Breakfast good , hot and cold , slight improvement could be made in keeping hot food hot , Dining room staff very friendly and professional . Check in and out super fast and simple with staff all-round being very friendly . Loved my room and they were able to fulfil my requests .

It's a beautiful hotel with a great location in the downtown. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast. The room suited us perfect. We got a good night's rest!
