My room was 4 beds, and it was perfect. Curtains were blackout. Inside the room you have your locker and on each floor you have bathroom and shower available. The kitchen is OK. The receptionist very helpful and nice ¿¿ like like the tips. Thank you

The kitchen ppl take things into their rooms and don't bring back. My first day I didn't find any cutleries and I had to use my hands to eat. After next day I realised ppl take things and don't bring back. It something that should be address. I enjoyed.

Very friendly staff, always someone at reception. Great location in the city center.

Having your own private space - cell is always great, and I love this about this place.It's great value for the money - in normal conditions about 20eur per night, they just need bigger blankets ffs!

The blanket is way TOO SMALL, you can only cover yourself from toes to a little over the belt. You cant cover your whole body and feel comfortable. Also TV's don't work - they aren't connected to either cable tv or the internet and you can't connect them to wifi, so they're just there...useless. I've stayed here twice before - one and two years ago and same issues and I reported them already in the past, but no change - yet? Maybe next time I'll stay there I'll be pleasantly surprised ?

It had a nice hostel atmosphere. The bathrooms and showers were pleasant and not too crowded.

The kitchen was very small and difficult to access with many people in it. They use volunteer staff rather than paid staff and that always makes me feel like I'm contributing to labor trafficking.

All the necessary things are provided. They prepared essentials(towel, shampoo) as well. The staffs were really friendly and kind. They answered my question really well.

Horrible experience

It was too hot in the room, it was very very noise from the street, some maniacs were on a parking lot and they have made a terrible noise, there wasn't the bad curtain, in the bathroom I have stayed in dark under the shower, the stuff weren't polite, they have put me in the room with maniacs who have caused me a great pain during the night etc..

Very professional and tidy hostel. Great location and service. Would recommend 100%.

Not too expensive and right into the center of Zagreb

Deluxe room looked less than an office and more like a cell

Quiet , peaceful, clean , most co operating staff , in the centre , nice common areas , best of all the hostels in zagreb.

In the center, near all the attractions,, with a free parking lot and a 24h reception with very friendly staff. Quiet area and inside the hostel. We had a double room with private bathroom with a big and confortabile bed and efficient air conditioner.

Old and stained sheets (the fabric is pilled) and no minifridge in the room. Expensive for a small room in a hostel.

Very good location close to tram stop, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds.

The staff was welcoming, efficient and helpful; enough showers, the room is pretty quiet and comfortable, there is quite a lot of space in the common areas, useful details such as a vending machine, fuse ball... and there's a little terrace outside (hot on the summer).lockers before check-in and after check-out are very practical.The location is perfect, close to the tram and to the old town.

Some of the space is shared with a school in the morning, so it can be a little crowded. But it is quieter and very comfortable the rest of the day/night.

Decent enough

Bunch of kids had occupied few rooms, one was right next to mine, and they were screaming nonstop and running down the hallway and it made the experience very bad, especially since I wanted to fall asleep.Facility itself is actually more than I expected, no problems there.Only thing I dislike regarding the room was that one part of the upper wall that divided hallway and my room was made out of glass which leaked light into the room directly onto my bed while I am trying to fall asleep. Oh, and also A/C was right above my head lmao (I had an upper bed) which is not very pleasing.I survived the night and got a decent sleep, but I'll probably not be back there again.

Clean and the location is perfect The girl at the reception is a beauty.

The location is great. Staff was friendly. Beds clean and comfortable. Big lockers in room. Clean kitchen to cook.
