Beautiful garden area and patios for the restaurant. Convenient location for our trip. Family room with three beds was perfect for us. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The upstairs area with the third bed gets very warm and there is no real way to get airflow to cool it down.

Location to where I needed to be for 6 days, a 10 minute walk

The staff specially the parrot were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but quite ok. Location was perfect. Also the free parking is nice.

If you have heavy luggage the hotel doesn't have the elevator and my be a minus.

It's a good location, close to the highway. It has a beautiful garden, with so many plants, and place for kids to play. It feels cosy having breakfast there.

We paid extra for a garden view with balcony which was more expensive. But upon arrival the AC wasn't working in that room so they gave us a room with street view. We were up at 5am due to the noise from the heavy traffic that passes by. I felt an apology or any effort to make up for the price difference would have been nice.

Receptionist was extremely helpful & friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and balanced. Also a tram station is just a few minutes away which enables one to reach the city centre easily while leaving the car parked at their premises.

Taking a shower was not a nice experience as water was barely hot, and not enough was coming out of the shower ? It even stopped at intervals!!

Very nice hotel, big rooms, nice bar and a restaurant.

It was a nice place for a short overnight stay with parking and breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was good with decent choices.

I absolutely hated the fact that they kept a parrot locked in a cage in the reception area. I saw this at checkout and this made me really sad and ruined my entire experience. Birds are not meant to be locked in cages.

Nice spacy rooms, descent breakfast, Cafe-bar at the basement, restaurant just behind, not far away from the arena shopping mall. Bus station just infront of the hotel (nr 234 drives you directly to the city center).Stuff was very polite and helped us a lot.

Unfortunately we found broken glasses under our bed and lot of dust. Hot water was not always available. They tried to fix it but without success. New Christmas Eve the bar had a party and the noise was annoying till next morning. .

Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was okay.

Check in is from 2 pm, we arrived at 4 pm, but our room was not available because previous guests did not check out in time. The hotel is small, with only a few rooms, so they do not have too many options to change things around if they have to. Luckily we had an option to spend a couple of hours shopping in a nearby shopping mall, and our room became available.at 8 pm, but if we needed the room right away I don't know what we would do. No compensation was offered by the hotel to make up for that situation.The room itself is spacious and clean, but there was a strong smell of some cleaning chemical or some deodorant when we entered and it hasn't gone for a very long time. The room is quite noisy at night. There's buzzing from some kind of device outside, like an air conditioner or something like that. In the room, you can hear the refrigerator (mini bar) almost all the time, and there's a constant buzzing sound coming from the electrical fuse box that's in the room. In the early morning we could hear noise from the kitchen or the restaurant which was two stories below.Hotel advertises that it has free parking and that the reservation is not needed. That's quite important for me and that's one of the most important things I look for when booking. In reality, this hotel has a free parking but they restrict access to it and say "it's full" although I can see there's free space in there. That's probably because there's also a restaurant at the premises and they are keeping some places for the restaurant guests. That's not fair to me as a hotel guest who has booked a room with parking, as advertised by the hotel. I got the parking place, but I had to really insist with the hotel staff.Also, the parking entrance is very narrow and steep and it goes out to a very busy street, so entering and exiting can be dangerous, especially if two cars meet at the entrance.

Awesome looking hotel, had a modern but old school look to it, breakfast was excellent and so was the outdoor landscaping.

Well the great looking modern rooms were not that nice once you looked closer. The TV was basically a paperweight as it had NO kids channels, they seem to have gotten the cheapest TV plan in the country with very few channels. The wall mounted hair dryer was broken but they had a replacement on the side, it worked but not the most professional. Internet was so incredibly slow that we used 4g and roaming ( under 2mb speed test ) but it seemed faster in other areas, unreliable nonetheless. Probably the most inconvenient thing was the shower. No hot water at all for a good 10 minutes in the morning as I tried to take a shower and my wife took a shower at night where the water was hot then cold non-stop the entire time. I liked the hotel but the lack of consistent hot water and other small things kind of took away from the experience

I chose the accommodation based on the booking recommendation and I can only confirm everything that has already been stated. Very nice and clean accommodation, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good connection to the city center and the highway. Highly recommended.

We booked last minute as we were traveling to Germany and got an immediate reply that the room will be ready for us asap. Also got 2 key cards - something most hotels don’t offer any more. We got a nice baby cot and a room with an extra single bed for our 3 y.o. child.

No elevator in the building and the transition from the restaurant (floor -1) to the room (floor 2) with a stroller was a bit of a challenge

Everything went well. We loved the cozy feel of the entire property. We especially enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty every morning. We chose to eat dinner there three nights and savored every delicious meal. The staff, both in the morning and the evening, were ever so friendly and helpful. The live music at dinnertime made for a delightful experience.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Tasty continental breakfast, parking area (and safety), convenient location, pleasant staff / service, smooth check-in.

Overpriced for what is being offered, noisy room (if facing road/street) + there were some bugs (!) in the bed - requires cleaning-supervision and proper maintenance.

I liked the size of the room and the breakfast. The bus station is very near, and it is relatively easy to get to the center of town.

We were staying during the weekend, from Friday to Sunday. Since there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel, it was impossible to get some sleep. The music was way too loud, and objects in the room (we were on the 1st floor) were vibrating from the level of decibels.

Great choice to stay if you travel across Europe. Great location, close to highway. Amazing rooms and exceptional restaurant.Eco friendly accommodations and gorgeous botanical garden. Close to the Arena,shops and gas station. Martina the receptionist was very polite and friendly. Lovely stay there and would definitely come back in our next trip as there is also free and safe parking
