Location is good. Only few minutes walking from hotel there is a tram station. Main bus station and main train station are only 10 minutes of walk from hotel also. There is a restaurant right near main entrance. They have daily lunch offer for acceptable prices and food is really good. Room were clean, staff is polite. Wifi is good and fast.

Location is 20 minutes walk to the city center or 2 min walk to the tram stop.We got a room that was clean, quiet (no traffic noise), and warm. It wad so cold in Zagreb, so coming back to warm room and hot shower was the best!! Bed is very comfortable and duvet is thick.Staff is friendly and helpful. They let us park our car after we checked out and that was very much appreciated.

There are really 2 categories of family room. I think this should be reflected when booking. I would be happy to pay more for the category we ended up getting thanks to coming in early and helpful front desk. We were told that it was possible to buy a tram ticket in the tram. It is not possible. Make sure that you have the ticket beforehand OR download app.There were no maps or recommendations on what to do in Zagreb.

The rooms are not soundproof, we experienced lots of noise from the corridor, neighbors and street.

The room was spacious and the windows opened so I could let cool air in. The neighborhood was quiet and the hotel is on the tram line connecting to the city center. It's also an easy walk to the center. I would stay here again!

This was the second hotel in my week in Croatia that had thick synthetic comforters and pillows that were too big for my head and neck to be comfortable, so I don't think it's specifically the hotel's fault. But I am a VERY hot sleeper and woke up in the middle of the night because I was sweating. Opening the windows helps, but it wasn't cold enough for me to need that thickness of a cover.

The room and bathroom were clean (the sheets smelled of detergent, and the toilet was disinfected). The breakfast costs €10 and consists of an open buffet with a wide variety of good-quality food. The room was spacious. The receptionist was kind and helped us carry a suitcase upon our arrival and departure from the hotel.

The hotel is somewhat distant from the city center, and there are no supermarkets nearby. Eating in the room is not allowed (it would be excellent if a kettle, tea/coffee, and a minibar were provided). The bathroom is somewhat narrow.

Older European pension style hotel which was clean and comfortable in that style. Really nice staff. Quiet location and I think a tram stop nearby. Was only there overnight and it met my needs for a good sleep!

The hotel was about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was perfect for our arrival. We arrived late, around 23:30, and the reception was still open and very friendly. The room was spacious enough for three of us, with each having their own bed, and it had everything we needed. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

We hung the “room service” sign, but nobody came, which was a bit disappointing. The price was also slightly high, but considering it was only for two nights, the stay was overall very good with no major complaints.

The staff was really helpful, room big and silent for good sleep.

Nice staff. Good price.

A little moldy bathroom incl. walls and ceiling. The staff perhaps tries to keep the room clean but the room or carpet looks quite used up, neglected and miserable. The price is rather low and the quality of room is super low too - far beyond times when it was still a decent place. I don't recommend at all if you value clean rooms. On the other it could be worse if the staff don't make any effort. And they still do.

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was very nice and flexible about check in. There is a tram station 1 minute away that takes you to the city centre.
