Canopy by Hilton Zagreb

No swimming pool. Workout room in the basement. My room did not have view. Refrigerator did not work in 3 days during my stay.

Clean room, had to pay additional for parking that I wasn't aware of initially.

Breakfast was not available as we had an early check-out to make our flight, and no option for a take out breakfast meal even. My son has to take medications with food in the morning, and therefore had to make an additional stop.

The hotel charged extra tax pay when I checked out, and the hotel staff was very rude and impolite when answered my questions. Other than this, the tour information the hotel staff supplied was not accurate and caused my tour delayed.

Staff was excellent, same as food. Location is great as well.

It was cold for my standards - 21 in winter time in the room. Lobby and restaurant are much colder.

Nothing to point out here, just a decent, ok-ish place to stay by modern standards. Not a sh*thole, but far from anything interesting or special. Classic hotel chain place.

Poor bed and coffee options left in the room are just awful (cheapest, most horrible pods you can find, and only 2 for watered down espresso), quirky ventilation works either on full blast or not at all (temperature is on lowest if on), restaurant and bar close very early

The staff were friendly especially Katarina at the reception who was helpful and welcoming

Located near the city center.

Difficult to understand why they don’t put drinking water in the rooms; instead you need to take a bottle and fill it out in a different floor. What’s next, for the guests to clean their own towels?

Slow elevators. No access to stairs other than emergency situations.

It was cozy with nice decor. We were there on Christmas and the dining room and food was great. It was a lovely holiday. We walked from the hotel to the Christmas markets. The bed was very comfortable.

Waiting for the elevator- not being able to use the stairs- no biggie.

Centrally located hotel with a cozy lobby and a nice bar downstairs. Breakfast at Reunion offered a good variety of choices. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the main square, and the area feels safe and easy to navigate by foot or tram. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay! The elevator was often busy, so keep that in mind when planning your timings and schedule.

Very nice and modern hotel with comfortable rooms and great design.Location is perfect, very close to center. Available free parking right next to the hotel.Definitely coming back on our next trip to Zagreb.

It was nice hotel. nothing special about it. I liked the decor. Staff was nice.

Bathroom wasn’t design well… the shower and how it was design water was coming on the floor and the bathroom door was wet.

A very centralized location. Very good food. Nice staff. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room had a pleasant ambience, and we especially appreciated the availability of a water fountain and an ice cube machine within the floor. Breakfast was very nice, with a good variety of options. The hotel's location is excellent—close to the city center, parks, bus stops, the main train station, and tram lines, making it very convenient for getting around.

One of the wash basin taps was leaking, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if maintenance could look into fixing it.
