The Hotel National

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were extra helpful in getting us a ground floor room, which helped my husband with some mobility problems. Convenient location to bus system, supermarket and good quality restaurant.

AC malfunctioning so room was miserable first night. But staff worked to get it repaired. Mediocre breakfast, and it would have helped for it to open earlier.

It was trendy and cute and had a nice small bar attached to the hotel with very friendly servers.

There was no elevator to our floor and we were traveling with someone who has difficulty with stairs. Also, while the overall room was clean and updated, the carpet was very dirty, shabby and had what looked to be glitter all over it.

Location is not the best. Other than that it was quite good.

Breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's not that hard to have some eggs and bacon. Sliced bread and jam is not real breakfasty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to the bus station (so connection to/from airport great). Room was clean, great internet connection. Great value for the money

Receptionist staffs (Katharina and Stella) were very nice and helpful. Location is very near to the bus station.

The air condition in the room should be cooler.

Convenient within walking distance of the bus station but on a street where you didn't hear the traffic and train noises. Also liked the little eating area where I could have a quiet cup of tea. The room was comfortable with everything we needed.

As usual,great place with friendly staff.I was lucky to get the same room yesterday as we had a week ago.It is always nice to come back in this hotel.

Overall, a very good stay. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location is excellent, close to both the bus and train stations.

The price was a bit on the higher side, but that’s understandable as it was during Advent. A great option for travelers looking for convenience and good service.
