Pros +
- Very friendly and helpful staff. They were extra helpful in getting us a ground floor room, which helped my husband with some mobility problems. Convenient location to bus system, supermarket and good quality restaurant.
- It was trendy and cute and had a nice small bar attached to the hotel with very friendly servers.
Cons -
- AC malfunctioning so room was miserable first night. But staff worked to get it repaired. Mediocre breakfast, and it would have helped for it to open earlier.
- There was no elevator to our floor and we were traveling with someone who has difficulty with stairs. Also, while the overall room was clean and updated, the carpet was very dirty, shabby and had what looked to be glitter all over it.
