The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Location and modernity

Tv in the room are simply too small, 32” is not suitable for that size room

The staff from the desk were very helpful. Hotel is clean and very close to tram stations and to bus station like FlixBus. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was warm. We couldn’t open windows due to traffic noise. It wasn’t as close to airport and I thought. It’s a 20-25 minute drive depending on traffic.

Very clean hotel, room and building in general. The staff at the front desk was very polite, welcoming and friendly answering all questions. The room was excellent and very clean. Breakfast provided was very good. Very easy to travel around Zagreb since the tram station was just 100 meters away.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was impressively large, giving me plenty of space to relax and feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, from the bedroom to the bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The attention to cleanliness and comfort really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and relaxing place to stay.

everything is perfect!

We were upgraded on arrival which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was wonderful the room very clean and spacious. The hotel is surounded with restaurants and bars with a short walking distance which we loved. Also a very safe area to walk around and trams every 2 minutes. Wonderful front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful but also very proffesional. Special thank you to Doris at the front desk who made our stay unforgetable.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The proximity to Zagreb bus terminal was incredible. This allowed us to get an 8€ shuttle from the airport that placed us walking distance to the hotel. This also made it easy to catch a bus the next day at 12pm after an 11am checkout. The front desk was readily available and very helpful. Would def book again.

There was nothing to dislike. The breakfast was included at a fee and I thought it was covered when I got there. That may have been my fault for not reading correctly. Breakfast was only 10€ for a large selection of stuff, therefore great value regardless. It was 5 stars all around in my opinion.

Proximity to the bus station and tram stop. Very convenient to take tram into the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had good variety for €10.

Location is ideal for access to bus station but if this isn’t needed it isn’t a very interesting area to stay.

The location is very clean and modern. Our room was spacious, always a comfortable temperature, and the bed very nice. The bathroom was clean and a nice place to refresh. The staff members were incredible- very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious! Great location, not far from the airport or inner city.

A small amount of road noise, but nothing to disturb us, it is a city hotel after all.

Best design hotel! Good workers, clean and good breakfast

Good location when arriving at the bus station or tram. Friendly and attentive staff welcome, especially as we needed help as there is a standard key lock but you are given a plastic card - we were very tired and didn't see the separate card touchpad. The bed was comfortable and large (Room 5, Floor 2) and the blackout curtains were effective. It was reasonably quiet even though the main road was close by. Shower was good and toiletries available, plus minibar. Excellent, varied hot/cold breakfast..

No A/C available when we stayed, so the room was warmer than we would like (staff did apologise). The bed linen was not clean as maybe it could have been upon closer inspection. The toilet brush was pretty foul, so a regular change would be appreciated. The shower floor was pretty slippery, so take care or ask for a shower mat

Loved everything about the hotel. It was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely . Great choice of meats and cheese and the cakes were divine. It’s a boutique hotel situated within a 5 minute walk from the main bus station and a two minute walk to the tram. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the main square in Zagreb and tickets cost 54 cent each for a 30 minute journey. The bus runs from the airport every half hour and leaves the bus station every half hour for the airport. €8 each way. An excellent service. Would highly recommend Hotel 9.
