great price and good value. Clean room and excellent staff.

Shower was a bit hard to use.

Parking was on site. Breakfast was OK. Room is OK for one night.

I was surprised, that facility, Hotel, don't except Credit card as a payment. we had to come up with cash.

The hotel is horrible, old fashion, very low concept of minimal security rules, smell of cigarettes in the rooms (I asked for a change of room it was more or less the same shit and the hotel attendant told me that they don't have smoke detectors and people do what they want), broken pieces in the bathroom and room, rust on the heaters and I could continue.But the worst: horrible breakfast, unless you like ants.... Dorucak je bio sasvim korektan. Restoran lepo i prijatno uredjen. Hotel je blizu centra, 15tak minuta voznje gradskim prevozom koji je dobro organizovan.

Rooms were smelly, of cigarettes and drainage ?We stayed for 5 nights, at the breakfast there was no juices and hot chocolate available and poor choices availability for breakfast.

We stayed just for a night for New Years Eve. That was one of the few options as a last minute booking. For that reason,

The breakfast was very poor and the bad was squeaky very squeaky

Spacious room, clean and firm bed. Spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, with great water pressure in the shower, very brightly lit and clean. Balcony was large, with electronically controlled blinds.Breakfast was included in the price, and it was decent with all the essentials available. Staff was very active and fast in replacing everything that gets eaten quickly, like bread, eggs, etc. Overall, it is great value for money for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in west Zagreb.

Although spacious, the room was a bit dark since the only "window" was the doors to the balcony. Also, a few rugs and a bit more art on the walls would help make the space feel warmer. Felt a bit sterile. One lamp by the bed was missing a switch (broken), so it couldn't be turned on. The ceiling had a few unpatched holes, possibly from a recent renovation, which felt sloppy, diminishing the feeling of cleanliness. The bathtub trim was loose, with large uneven gaps,and it felt like it might fall apart. Additionally, the walls might be a bit too thin, as it was easy to hear a couple arguing and then "making up" in the room next to ours. A bit more noise isolation would've been nice.

Everything was great. The new 3rd floor rooms are quite large and tastefully furnished. There's always room for improvement, but for a price of a 3 star hotel, you get a 4 star treatment :)

Wish there was orange juice for breakfast, but there were other selections that are just fine.

Room was nice and clean with a balcony

There was no kettle in the room and when I asked for a jug of hot water for the baby's milk, I was told I cannot bring a jug to the room, so they only gave me a cup of boiling water

The room I had the shower was abit tight, the balcony rail was loose, the mirror was loose against the wall and the breakfast wasn’t what I expected to be

Bath had no plug , balcony railing is not safe it’s very loose , fridge not working ( everything kept freezing even on lowest setting )

The property is newly renovated..Huge free parking and with cctv..

NOTHING AT ALL!!!!

For breakfast we found just ONE sausage!!!!! Disgusting. No cups No glasses. There was no breakfast .The lampshade had a wire exposed and we could have got electrocuted.When we asked to leave our luggage, just 2 small back-packs, the receptionist was rude. She told us to leave them on the floor in a corner in the reception.Disgusting experience.

Good room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and good parking possibilities beside the hotel.I didn't book breakfast due to other plans.

When you enter the hotel, you notice a bad smell which exists all over the hotel. I think this was caused due to heavy smoking! I could hear clearly what is happening in the other room!The price of over 100€ has really no justification! But, in Croatia, the hotel prices are generally expensive. This one is more expensive than a first-class 4 star hotel in Munich, Germany!!!!!
