It's a great place to meet people.

Very.. Very Busy at all times...

Yes it was loud at night but that didn’t bother me at all. They provided you with earplugs. I was so tired I didn’t hear anything. It was clean I stood for one night and it was close to everything. Perfect place to mingle to meet people etc..

The thing that i like is the reception is a open restaurant with free party in the weekend.

The room was very very small.. wash basin was leaking. The kitchen was dirty. The cutlery was dirty. Even to boil the water the electric kettle was dirty.

Power outlet far away from the bed. Bad quality bunk, if you move the whole rack moves , moving other guest beds. Heavy noise coming from the club located at the roof at night

It was terrible experience. They put me in a room with only men with a window facing the bar... It wasnt possible to sleep. The room wasnt clean because there was someone living for a long time. The bed structure it really bad you can feel all movements and moreover there is no curtain to have some privacy. The last night the old drunk man was checked in at the room... so I went to reseption to talk because it was very bad and I was afraid, so they moved me to other room. It was clean and quit.... so my question why you couldnt put me in that room before? Why you hate your guests so much. In order to get to the reception you should go through the bar... where people allowed to smoke.... It is awful as well. There should be seperate rooms for men and women, because no one should go through the experience I went. I think It is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in my life. The only good thing is the location.

Best location. A bit dodgy at night but everything is fine. A good hostel for party people.

There’s a club/restaurant on ground floor and it’s quite noisy that I can hear from my room at night.

It is situated at the heart of Zagreb city center.

I was hoping there is a separate entrance to the lobby. If a guest is allergic to cigarette smoke, it is definitely an issue.

Excellent location, pleased with the price for the comfort provided, as there is something to compare with. I really liked Zagreb, so I’m looking forward to staying in this hotel again.

Very courteous staff. Unfortunately, I didn’t recognize the manager’s name, but he understood my situation and allowed me to leave my luggage under personal supervision.The fact is that I flew to Croatia for work and had to go to Rijeka.

Great staff. One of the best hostels that I have stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. It actually did not have the same feel as most hostels. The vibe was much more like a hotel.

Front staff were super cool!

This is a party building - I somehow overlooked that it would extend to the accommodation and rooms. Extremely noisy even in middle of winter. Barely slept. Felt as though we were sleeping on the road due to the trams being right in front of the hotel - they ran almost all night and were LOUD.

Beautiful place. Exceeds all expectations. The rooftop bar was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable.

I am not the biggest fan of the walls being covered with newspaper articles through and through. The breakfast was alright. It is a bit overhyped in my opinion.

I stayed in this hostel for 6 days. I want to say that you need to judge this hostel by its shortcomings, because there are very few of them.Let's start with the location - great. 2 minutes from the central square, a free night club for residents, a cafe with an unlimited buffet for 10€.Service - excellent. Towels are changed every day, as is cleaning in the room. The only problem is that the light bulb by the bed did not work, but this is insignificant. The rooms are clean and safe. I liked everything very much, I will come back here again.

I really liked everything about the hostel—great location, perfect if you want to hang out. I fully recommend it for socializing. However, if your plan is to sleep and rest, this hostel might not be the best option. It gets quite noisy at night due to the Bunker One Club on the ground floor, and you can hear the noise throughout the night. Additionally, once you make a reservation, they send an email informing you about the disco bar and the noisy environment

Location was great! Staff was amazing!

People still can smoke indoors, so the smell of cigarettes is all over the place! If you are allergic just like me don’t book this place. All the 4 beds are attached to each other and they make noise when someone moves in the bed.
