Wonderful Stay at art’otel Zagreb!I had a really pleasant stay at art’otel Zagreb. The food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the warm and welcoming service from the reception team. Matej and Teodor were super kind and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

It was our second stay in Art'otel and it was amazing as expected. We enjoyed.

The only thing that i could suggest to improve for the next time is to better prepare better for the breakfast when crowded January 1st was packed and the staff was not prepared .. Other than that all good. Excellent hotel.

Amazing location. Clean. Great spa area.

Breakfast. It wasn’t bad but I travel a lot and been to other 5* hotels or even 4* boutique hotels that had a better and bigger choice for breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located within 2 min from main square. The room in nice and well equipped. The staff, especially the young man at the evening shift at the reception was SUPER helpful and nice!!

The staff and the location was amazing

The AC is not working, even though it shows it’s on but it’s just air, so sleeping was uncomfortable to say the least. The bed itself is not Radisson level, too soft and pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was not up to the standards at all, I ordered eggs Benedict and the bread was so tough I couldn’t cut it, eggs and the ham were cold. It was awful. My husband had a smoked salmon omelette and that as well was runny any literally the salmon was still cold. For me it’s a minus 10.

We often travel and stay in hotels. One of the best hotels I have been to. Super modern.Exceptionally clean. The smell everywhere is so nice and elegant. Spa is small but clean new and beautiful. Fitness very modern with new equipment.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Everything about our stay at art'otel was perfect! The hotel itself feels luxurious, is tastefully decorated with an artistic touch (as the name implies), and our room was both very clean and very comfortable. We didn't have time to use many of the amenities, but the spa/pool looked very nice and the rooftop bar seemed like a great spot for an evening drink. The hotel is in a great location, super walkable and just a block from the main square (Ban Jelačić). But best of all was the very kind, welcoming, and helpful staff at the hotel - from check-in through check-out, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to help us recover some items that had been left behind in the room. Very highly recommend art'otel!

It might be tough to self-park if arriving by car, but we opted to have the hotel park the car for us (for an added cost) which was very convenient!

It was the perfect location to see everything in Old Town and downtown and close to all of the eating locations. We like the modern amenities in the rooms.

This hotel is in a great location. Good restaurants within walking distance.The staff was so friendly when we arrived. Had a glass of champagne upon arrival. We had traveled quite a ways to get there. The hotel also acknowledged our anniversary with some special treats.

The rooftop bar was'nt open.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, and a very modern hotel. This is my 4th time in the same hotel this year.

Everything was amazing!! We were welcomed by the most kind staff and everything in our stay was great. Location is perfect, facilities great and breakfast delicious! 100% recommend to stay in this hotel!

Spacious room, very good breakfast

No onsite parking as it was saying on booking. Vale parking €30 extra. Rooftop bar wasn’t open despite opening hours on Google maps.

Beautiful modern hotel. Amazing room , quiet , relaxing and great location. In center on the city and near to park , supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

Location and the twin room were spacious. The restaurant/bar in the lobby also has good food.

The king room was a bit cramped. Staff in the lobby could be more warm and welcoming.

A modern and clean hotel right in the center of town, perfect for families. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.

Absolutely loved the modern and artistic interiors. We were pleasantly surprised because we didn’t know what to expect, but from the rooms to the wonderful pool and rooftop bar, everything was just so beautifully designed. The staff were great as well. Finally, the property is conveniently located.

Cool hotel, great location, very comfortable rooms and definitely the best breakfast we had in Croatia! The staff were great and very helpful. Highly recommend!
