Very spacious room, large bathroom, adequate amenities, love the balcony. Helpful front desk staff

It was more or less clean

The location is not ideal as it is far from the city center. We paid a huge amount and the room is not even equipped with basic things like water, kettle, tea or coffee. The staff lacks good customer service no proper greeting and they did not make us feel comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel as it does not give a good vibe.

The room was clean and nicely arranged. The bathroom had ample counter area. Also the hotel had its own breakfast room, and its own bar.

I don't know if they had daily room cleaning.

The parking spots are big enough for large sized sedan. You just need to get your stuff out of the car first, as you can only access if from one side. The WiFi/Internet is good.

Location with free Parking was perfect. It was quiet even though my window was facing the street. It was nothing too fancy, but everything was working. It was definately worth the money.

Spotless and spacious room.

Parking area was narrow and cramped. If you have a bigger suv, forget about it. Fortunately I had no problems with my small rental Toyota.

Nice clean large rooms, great bathroom, near center of Zagreb (15 minute walk). Breakfast was basic, could be upped a little.

Coffee was bad. Very easy to fix this, and it would make a big difference, since guests need their coffee so they can run around all day!

Disaster!!!

This was the worst experience in my life ( and I travel quite a lot). The hotel has very limited parking space. I arrived late in the evening and was instructed to park the car in a way that it wouldn't obstruct other people.However, at 7.00am in the morning, the receptionist called my room and started shouting. That didn't stop even when I showed up immediately to move the vehicle. It went to the point of almost being physical (this would have needed to be reported to the police but I didn't have time to waste) so I left the hotel without breakfast as I didn't want to stay another minute in that establishment. I would recommend anyone to avoid at any cost as this is certainly not representative of Zagreb or Croatia (even if the "hotel" is holding that name). I actually sent a message to the management but the lack of response just confirms that the hotel actually supports this behavior. The receptionist is more a bouncer than anything else - low culture and difficulty even in articulating sentences in his own mother tongue. A complete disaster!!!

Very glad for mister on reception for allowing me to check-in a few hours earlier in a different room. It was very useful for me on that day!

The breakfast is very basic and no hot food. The bed wasn’t comfortable.
