Excellent Location with major attractions in walking distance. Rooms are very modern and slick. Staff at the front desk were very polite & helpful.

If only I have to nitpick, I would say that the breakfast spread was not getting replenished as fast as it should have.

Met Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice in the heart of Zagreb. Perfect location, stylish and very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly, professional staff. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop restaurant is a great bonus. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location! It was so perfectly located I walked everywhere. And it was so convenient that I could go back to my room to use the toilet during the day! My room was the suit/apartment in the attic and it was very spacious, well lit and nicely laid out. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel was right next to the main square where all the events happen so if you’re a light or early sleeper the sound of music/crowds can keep you up. Also for some reason my room rattled any time the city metro passed by.

Met's staff is exceptional: attentive to every need, helpful with suggestions, quickly learning what one likes for breakfast (for example), quick parking / retrieving of the car, assistance with umbrellas... Met's staff makes you feel like a VIP, the only guest in the hotel. Met is a wonderful place to stay in while visiting Zagreb. Met's location cannot be beat: center of the town, easy access to all -- strolling / walking distance to all important city points, 20 steps to public transportation, Uber, taxis... -- and all that without a bothersome city noise.

I cannot think of any constructive suggestion for this rubric. We enjoyed our stay quite thoroughly and we will certainly return.

Location, room size, cleanliness

The staff was great. Let us check in early as our flight was in the morning. They acknowledged my birthday, and that was special. Our room was upscale and well appointed. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom was modern, with a great shower. The location is perfect as it’s a 1-minute walk to the central square. The breakfast is amazing and worth purchasing. Dinner was equally delicious.

The hotel is very quiet, yet if you’re a light sleeper and your room faces the street (which is preferable), note that the electric streetcars run all night. We slept through it, but some might hear it.

The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, making the stay very relaxing. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety and excellent quality.

The only downside is that since the hotel is still quite new, not all the facilities were open yet, such as the spa and jacuzzi. I’m sure once everything is fully available, the experience will be even better.

Coffee maker didn't work. Signage for shower and maybe default to handheld - hard to change temp when rainshower will soak you.

The room (we stayed in a premier double room - Atrium) is spacious, quiet, clean, and modern designed. It can fit in 3 of us with 4 luggages. It’s very convenient for us to go to everywhere. The walking tour of the tourist attractions are within 5 to 10 minutes only. A supermarket is just at the corner of the hotel building. There’s also parking at the hotel too. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Zagreb!

Hotel is in a perfect location, right off the main square. If you want a 5 star experience, but a more intimate experience than one of the large hotels, this is the place. Staff is great, the breakfast buffet has all you could need, and you have easy access to all the major tourist sites as well as all the tram lines.

Hotel is very new, contemporary with a lovely indoor and outdoor breakfast and dining room on the roof. The marble floors and extremely modern decor were fantastic. The service was excellent. We enjoyed both breakfast - with a very fine assortment on the menu ,and dinner on the outdoor portion of the facility - delightful. The service was very fine and the location is excellent for exploring the city.

Good location, comfortable bed

Two of the four staff members we encountered were very rude and condescending. Room wasn’t cleaned well and wasn’t restocked. The person in charge of pulling the car in and out of the garage was late to work on the day of our departure. As we were heading to the airport, there wasn’t time to wait and so we had to do it ourselves. This garage was EXTREMELY small and unfortunately we scraped the car. We’ve asked for compensation, but the hotel has not responded yet.

Breakfast was good. Location was central. Room was clean, comfortable and large.
