Boutique Hotel HOH

Beautiful blend of rustic and modern decor. The hotel is newly renovated with high end features - spotless with a very luxurious fragrance. Breakfast was a large array of healthy, hearty and decadent options elegantly presented. Location was ideal-- in the quiet part of oldtown Zagreb but an easy walk downtown. My room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table and very modern well functioning doors/windows looking out over the prettiest part of the city. Staff were excellent- very professional and attentive-- arranged an amazing massage at the last minute by a lovely sweet woman - the spa space is beautiful and extremely relaxing.

The room was gorgeous but was two levels with the bed in the loft- the A/C was on the lower level so to get the sleeping area as cool as I need it to be to sleep meant that the lower level (where the bathroom is) was freezing. They remotely lock the modern skylight above the bed when it is raining which is the only way to get direct airflow in the loft. It was cool enough because of the new, powerful A/C unit but the unit was just not ideally located since cold air falls.

The location is perfect for exploring Zagreb. The furnishings were beautiful and the staff was beyond pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic! So many great options for all appetites.

Our stay at Hotel Boutique HOH could not have been nicer. First of all, the staff made sure your room, the breakfast area, and the terrace were in superior condition. The hotel manager was extremely helpful in arranging our pick up for an excursion to Plitvace national park. She made us a "take out breakfast" when we checked out to go home, and provided a map and information on sites to see while in Zagreb. We felt like we were staying with relatives!

Cute and spacious room with very good bathroom. Amazing and helpful staff, the breakfast was wide selection with hot dishes. Very close to the downtown.

Only one thing, there aren't parking place at the hotel (impossible physically), you can park on the street near here or you can hire a garage (upon on request).

Convenient to Zagreb activities. Clean and very quiet.

We loved everything about it. The outdoor sitting area is peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. The distance from the hotel to downtown was a five minute walk. We especially loved the personal attention from the staff. So kind and friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you. From check-in to checkout and during our stay, the staff was wonderful. Leda, Paulina, Petra, Tea and of course Vanessa, who went above and beyond to help me personally. We absolutely love this Boutique Hotel and can’t wait to go back.

It was just perfect

This hotel is an absolute gem! My wife and I were here during the last leg of our trip. The hotel is very centrally located in a quiet area of the upper square. Walking down to the lower square takes less than 10 minutes, and there are shuttle buses that can bring you back up.There are only 9 rooms, and they are very tastefully appointed. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is lavish, and the furnishings are bright and well kept. The TV is on a pivot arm and allows you to stream from your Netflix / Amazon account(s).Breakfast is also fabulous. There's a large variety of items, though the change day-to-day is minor.But *all* of this pales in comparison to the staff. I would like to thank Lavinija, Leda, and Vanessa for their fantastic service. They were kind, helpful, and empathic. The entire staff is constantly looking to make their guests life easier and happier. Thank you all. If I ever travel to Zagreb again, I know where I'm going to stay!

Boutique Hotel HOH is very beautiful, and in a very good location in the upper town of Zagreb. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping and sites. The staff at the hotel is exceptional and made our trip even better. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast options to start our day. Our room was also very comfortable, clean and quiet. Many thanks to the staff for an enjoyable stay.

Wow! Excellent staff and a fabulous breakfast! The overall design of the hotel is very well done. Room was great, comfortable bed, and fantastic shower. Sauna was awesome too!

We arrived early before check in .We also had an early departure flight the next day for which we would have missed our breakfast that was included in our stay. The staff allowed us to use the breakfast when we arrived , which was super kind. Plus they had a clean room ready after our breakfast which was excellent as we had to get up at Dubrovnik at 4am The hotel smells lovely. Excellent breakfast and outside courtyard. Great location.

This hotel was the best part of our Zagreb experience. We loved the location, the rooms were very tasteful clean and large, beds very comfy, balcony, great shower, best breakfast anywhere, and the staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t say enough good things about this place.

We loved our room with a balcony overlooking Zagreb. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks and a shower. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious with many choices. The service is friendly and attentive. We were grateful to the staff for reserving us a parking spot for our rental car.

Such a cute boutique hotel! I would definitely stay here again. The location is great--very walkable to everything a tourist may want to see in Zagreb. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic.

Parking is a challenge and limited on the one-way street in front of the hotel, but if you plan correctly, you can drop your bags at the hotel and then seek out parking afterwards.

The location of this hotel was great. Just a short 5+ minute walk to a set of stairs down to restaurant row. Felt very safe. Rooms were very sheek and beautiful. Breakfast was superb. The two people we interacted with at the registration desk were very helpful, professional and friendly. Appreciated that the windows were incredibly sound proof which is rare for a city hotel. This might sound odd but I also really liked the scent in the hotel (I wish I'd remembered to ask what it is). Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Zagreb.

Parking is on the street, which we knew ahead of time. The hotel did make life much easier for us by having the option for them (the hotel) to pay for car parking (we provided them with the rental car's license plate) and they added the cost to our hotel invoice. This way we could leave the car parked in the same spot the entire time and not worry about paying every 24 hours. NOTE: the city is all in the same "parking zone"; so, once you pay for 24 hours, you can repark your car anywhere in the city during that time w/out needing to pay again.

Nothing, it was fantastic.

The boutique hotel was amazing! It was clean, smelled wonderfully, the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The breakfast was top notch- made to order eggs and a delicious variety of options. Location in old town was quiet for sleeping and close to walk to attractions- upper and lower. Our interactions with staff were very pleasant. We would definitely return. Thank you!

The room was a little tight in size but that is being picky. The attached patio made up for it.

Great amenities, convenient location and wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional. The outside patio was beautiful.
