The location was perfect, and having the parking lot at the hotel was great. The breakfast was great and had a good selection.

When we were leaving the property by car, we had to go back in to the hotel lobby to get the parking gate raised, as the ticket didn’t work on exit.

The rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious.The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Zagreb, close to everything.The staff member at reception on the morning of January 4th was exceptionally kind and positive, and left a great impression.

When reserving two rooms, I selected “2 adults” assuming this meant two guests per room, not total (I agree that the booking process on Booking.com is confusing with this selection, I see some reviews with the same issue even for this hotel.) Hotel charged an additional 35€ per second guest, while the room rate is identical for single or double occupancy. I fully acknowledge that the hotel is entitled to apply the surcharge. What matters to me is the moral aspect. As a very frequent traveler, I’ve encountered this exact situation before — including at a hotel just 100 meters away — and every other property chose not to charge anything out of goodwill, especially when the price is the same. In this case, the hotel decided to apply the fee, even after I mentioned that we were leaving very early and would not be taking breakfast. Legally everything was done correctly, but future customers should be aware of how the hotel chooses to handle situations like this.I obligated to report that the noise level is extremely high. My room faced one of Zagreb’s busiest streets, with trams passing constantly and a tram stop directly below the window. Sleeping was very difficult due to the noise.For a 4‑star hotel, it was surprising that no drinking water was provided in the room.The staff member at check‑in was noticeably less welcoming compared to the colleague I met the next morning.The property’s reply (below) unfortunately only reinforces why I rated my stay the way I did!!!

The location in the Lower Town is excellent. You can walk everywhere.Breakfast offered a wonderful selection of pastries, eggs, fresh fruit, etc. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

In our second visit to the hotel we were placed in an accessibility room. Should have asked to be moved. The bathroom lighting was poor because the mirror moved. The mirror also interfered with taps if adjusted so a tall person could see to use the mirror. The toilet was awkward. Overall frustrating.

Hotel Park 45 has an amazing location, very close to shopping and the city center. Parking is available for €20 per day, which is a bit expensive. The breakfast is quite limited and could be improved, but the beds were incredibly soft — it felt like the bed just swallowed me! The staff was amazing and very friendly. Overall, we would choose this hotel mainly for its unbeatable location.

The parking at €20 per day is quite expensive, and we didn’t like the beds — they were extremely soft, and we sank into them too much. The breakfast is also quite limited and could be improved.

Breakfast was weak. Few options and not so tasty.The room had a problem with the air conditioner. It was not working, and we had to ask the staff to help us. Unfortunately, they couldn't either except through their own system. Which meant that the temperature was fluctuating between very hot or very cold.Although big, the room was not that comfortable. When we arrived, the windows were fully open, and some insects entered the room.

Nice little modern hotel in a great location. Close to tourist attractions, restaurants and convenience stores. On the main street, but tucked away thru a small driveway arch. Just the nicest staff.

Parking lot next door was busier than expected. Had to pay attention when exiting the hotel to the street through the arch.

The room was very quiet. All amenities provided. The staff was very friendly and kind. My wife injured her ankle and they had ice for her since they also have a cocktail time. The breakfast buffet was very good. Short distance to main square for sightseeing.
