Delicious free coffee from the coffee machine in the communal kitchen! Very clean space, comfy mattresses, great location and very friendly staff.

One of the best hotel staff and service we have ever experienced! Location is also very good, close to the main square and only 10 minutes by Bolt (4-5 Euros) to the bus station. Very clean and stylish. Really swanky! Breakfast is also good ?

A very convenient hostel located just 5 minutes from the center and all the main attractions.I stayed in a female only room, which was in a separate building with a locked entrance. The beds were comfortable.There were two other girls in the room.The room also had a private shower and toilet: both very clean.The reception was open 24/7, and after check-out I was allowed to leave my luggage there.

The only downside was that the locker didn’t have a lock (it was a physical one ?), although maybe I needed to ask for one at the reception, but since I arrived at 11 p.m., I didn’t want to bother.

Coffee could be improved. Bunks need reinforcement, rocking back and forth when someone is above.

My 13 year old and I absolutely loved our stay at Swanky. The staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and the hotel itself is a fun, comfortable place to be. we really enjoyed the refreshing pool and the breakfast. We wished we had a longer stay! Thanks a lot to the Swanky staff for making it happen!

kicked me out of a dorm the next day after i already booked due to someone complainging about a a bogus 'hygeine issue' - i took a shower...i guess that's a problem..... also my food bag worth 20 euros in food stolen in 1 night. not recommended and hey're tryign WAY too hard to be swanky...free drink is sugar rajika

The location was good near everything shops, restaurants, and local bakeries.

I didn’t like the rude treatment that I received from the receptionist on my entire stay here. First, on the day of my check- in she almost denied my right to stay at the hostel because of her not having change to give me, she told me that I could not stay at the hostel if I wouldn’t pay the 3 euro tax by card. Another thing was, that on the next day the bathroom was broken and I they didn’t make me aware of nor make any arrangements to change rooms, instead when I confronted them she said that I could use the downstairs bar bathroom which was very nasty and didn’t have any soap to wash your hands. On the other hand, the only explanation that I got from her if that because my other roommate was staying there for longer they arrange her a private room for two days. My roommate and I both witnessed how this rude lady discriminate me. I didn’t have other choice just to put up with this lady poor behavior due to not paying cancellation fees if not I would it left right away when she told me that I couldn’t stay if I won’t pay the 3 euro tax. I advise travelers of colors to stay away from this sick place. Their ignorant and disrespect made my trip to Zagreb a nightmare.

-The images DO NOT match the rooms-There were NO LOCKERS on the room even tho it was specified in the description -There was a bug on my pillow -The towels they give for shower are hand towels, and when asking for bigger ones the staff said that on the bigger towels is where the cat sleeps (?) -Dirty floors with stuff from previous guests

I'd booked a 4 bed dorm. At check in their policy was to have 40 as an upper age limit on dorms.Apart from being ageist and discriminatory, there's nothing to say this on their website nor on booking .com through whom I booked.My dorm booking was honoured but.....

The reception girl in the morning shift was very kind,friendly and helpful. I was given early check-in as requested. She guided me about the city attractions and the best food. The hostel is so near to the tram station and convenient to go walking to the city centre.

Lockers to be provided in the room to keep valuables.

Every thing was perfect. Location is in the middle of the old Town and easily accessible. Most attractions are at a walkable distance. The quality of each and every article in the room is well taken care of. Hygiene is on top priority.Breakfast is excellent. No second thoughts, if I have to come again to Zagreb.

The Hostel is run by a great team of enthusiastic and helpful people, the atmosphere in the hostel also feels really and offers good possibilities to just hang around. Rooms are clean
