Great location near the Golf course. Friendly staff. Modern rooms. The restaurant was good.

Lacking some amenities such as bathrobe, slippers and bottled water which would be expected at this price level.

The prive is too high. 270 euro for a room are Hilton prices.

The room was clean and well taken care of.

The ventilation was noisy, the pillows not comfortable.

Being picky, maybe a kettle in the bedroom. Coffee machine was great but warm water ain’t the same as boiling water. Still phenomenal hotel.

A very nice hotel. Luxury feel. Hi quality in every aspect. I was annoyed to only have one night here.

No complaints. The location is a bit odd for such a great hotel, it sits adjacent to an industrial/business park but would be at home at a ski resort.

I didn’t like it that we asked for a later checkout 12 instead of 11 and they were willing to give it but for an extra 25 euros

No room service... If you need something, you will have to go to the reception desk and get it yourself.The steak in the restaurant was terrible))

Easy parking, excellent restaurant with professional service, nice room. I enjoyed my stay, but could not use the wellness because of the room safe, I didn`t feel comfortable to leave things in the room.. See below.

The safe in my room was in a draw, and the safe was loose and therefore mobile! Not quite so good if one has valuables or important documents and such. Please fix this!

- staff at the reception are terribly unpleasant, almost rude- shower handle is broken and the water is leaking - water in taps is constantly switching from hot to cold, it’s impossible to take a shower without being burnt at one moment and then freezing in the next

Stunning bathroom, absolutely gorgeous!

I got uo at %:45am to use the gym and couldn't access it, only to find out it didn't open until 7am. Too late for me!! Please think of business travellers when setting opening and closing hours.

I had exceptional service from one member of staff who provided me with tea making facilities that made my visit perfect.

I could have been told there was a swimming pool - that was never mentioned so I was unable to avail myself of the facility.

New and fancy hotel. Nice room with spacious bathroom. Awesome playground outside for kids. Good breakfast.

Have stayed in this hotel many times. The pillows are too big and it is impossible to sleep on them! Everyone I know who has stayed there says the same.

It felt pretty luxurious for the budget. The staff were great - very friendly & helpful, especially the lovely manager in the restaurant (I accidentally ordered a meat dish, but am veggie ?).

We went to use the Spa in the morning without realising that only the pool was open (not all the extras like sauna & stuff). As the pool was cold and the ambient area chilly, it wasn’t quite as relaxing as we’d hoped.

Large beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Perfect beds. Everything is very clean. Beautiful hall at the entrance with a lot of candles and waterfall. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Great SPA area. Very helpful and attentive staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. Overall, our family was positively impressed by this hotel and we highly recommend it.

A little bit far from the center of the city, though it is not a problem and it is possible to take a taxi to get there.

Overall appearance and feel of the hotel, pool and solarium, breakfast was very good, staff welcoming and helpful, room spacious clean and well appointed.

No jacuzzi in the pool area.

Modern, luxurious property in a good location. Nice terrace for breakfast. Would have appreciated a King instead of a Twin room. Wellness area was stunning; reception staff offered free day passes after checkin. Great breakfast; dinner culinary experience did not meeting expectations.

Pricing of Twin vs . King room should be aligned. There shouldn’t be such a large price premium for a King room (on Booking).

Breakfast was superb !!! Location is great !!!Staff are wonderful, so polite and helpful, very professional. Room and bathroom were fantastic, large and very comfortable, excellent facilities.

Wellness was really good.Breakfast was tasty and complete.

Shower and beds were clean. But there was a lot of dust on the cabinets.
