Nice location
Even though the staff is friendly, the hotel is old, not clean and there is no private toilet or shower in the room. I left after 10 minutes.
Staying for 2 nights with three kids and having more beds than required is awesome! Not every hotel has this exceptional capability to host a family with more than 2 kids.
Breakfast is a bit overpriced for the standard continental breakfast.
In the center, near the walking street, but having its own parking. With friendly staff, internet, good coffee and meals even if a little bit pricy.
It is not very comfortable to have a shower far from your room, but it is a generic problem when no private bathroom is included. Cleanliness is ok, but sometime would be useful to clean also under the bed the empty bottles of previous guests. :-)
Location is phenomenal
Toilet down the hall; room was much more basic than expected
Most people from the staff are friendly. Some rooms are pretty good.
Some other people from the staff are tired. Some of the rooms are less than basic.
Good location and friendly staff.
The decor is a bit dated.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very dated. The chairs within the rooms are damaged, and the carpets are marked and damaged. Even though the room was clean, it didn't feel it because of the outdated decor and furnishings.Sharing bathrooms isn't acceptable when you're paying £90+ for rooms.
The breakfast was excellent and location satisfied all my needs
I would prefer an ensuite next time
The facility, the availability of parking, and the amenities were outstanding. Furthermore, the morning coffee was exceptionally delicious.
Great little spot in the wonderful historical village. Close to everything. Nice little bar and restaurant available. Staff was very friendly I would stay here again
The rooms look a little tired; stained carpet, stair treads are scruffy, towels were thin.
Location was great with private parking
Very outdated and run down . There was a hole in the floor under the basin just a very tired old room
Okay on all points
They have limited menu choices no chicken no fish only Pork
budget room was overpriced for a tiny, dark room without basic facilities—disappointed
I stayed for the second time, but unfortunately, this time was disappointing. I booked a budget single room for 85 EUR, expecting a decent stay, but the room was tiny, dark, and lacked a private bathroom and toilet—something I wasn’t clearly aware of during booking. Surprisingly, my first stay cost 71 EUR for a much better room with proper facilities.I requested a room change at reception, but they refused, stating that the booking mentioned these limitations. While I understand budget rooms have fewer amenities, the price was too high for such poor conditions, and the information could have been clearer during the booking process. I won’t be booking the budget room again
The reception communication skill
Upon arrival, I found the room to be very small, with an unpleasant atmosphere and an unpleasant odor that aggravated my allergies and triggered my claustrophobia. Given these conditions, I requested an alternative room; however, as the hotel was fully booked, no alternative was available.
Location food excellent warm and comfortable great shower
Nothing really.
Bedroom very dirty begins closet. No private bathroom or shower.Shower full of fungus between tiles and ceiling. Poor sound isolation .Heater rusting away. Shamefull
Bad
Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that made our experience unpleasant.First, the rooms were not clean upon arrival, which was unacceptable given the standards we expected. Furthermore, despite booking four rooms for 11 days, we were unable to change rooms or cancel our booking when these issues arose. The lack of support from the staff made the situation even more frustrating.
Friendly staff and good breakfast.
No room to park bikes securely under cover (hire bikes filled most spaces).Hotel could do with some refurbishment. Very dark in breakfast room.
