Location,clean,staff.

Location was great. It was old but very clean- old in an endearing way. We had a room look out to the courtyard, very beautiful. Great helpful staff.

Great central location by the main square with all the bars / restaurants . Nice boutique hotel feel to it , historic building , tastefully decorated

Not really modern , rooms on the smaller side , shower drain wasn’t draining too good . Lots of narrow / steep stairs , no elevator , very challenging with suitcases . Breakfast with very few selections .

This was our first time first stop and first hotel in Netherlands. Everything met our expectations and the staff was even better. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, that was a plus.

No elevator. If you have problems with stairs I recommend you request a room on the ground floor (There are 3 such rooms). I was fortunate that of the 2 rooms we reserved, one was on ground floor; my niece and her husband wound up on 3rd floor, which was ok for them, but would not have been for me.This is a common situation in the Netherlands, so just be aware.

The location was great for the sights in Delft. I liked the decor. The staff was friendly.

Stairs are steep, but that is to be expected in older buildings.

Right in the center of Delft, close to stores and restaurants. Staff very welcoming and helpful. RoomWas spacious and very clean.

Parking is a huge issue, and the closest parking garage it’s a 6 minutes walk, which can a lot if it rains and you have luggage to carry. Personally, I did not feel like the difficulty in parking was made clear.

This hotel was very nice, clean, and in a central location - easy to walk from parking lot or train station. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was wonderful. It was nice to walk around town and have the hotel close by.

I loved the location, short 10 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk from the market square. Nice healthy breakfast.

Hotel not equipped with elevators, stairs a little steep, makes it hard to bring luggage up. But would still recommend a stay here.

Charming, well maintained, walking distance to everything …

Stairs were tough AND we appreciated staff helping us with heavy bags .

Generous and tasty breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, central location, and great restaurant recommendation (next door!) from host.

The location is ideal, right off of the square in Delft. We stayed in a room overlooking the square. I loved the fresh air from the open windows. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of coffee, juice, meats, cheeses, rolls etc.

Very nice large room overlooking the square. Quiet and comfortable. Very friendly, welcoming staff. We really enjoyed the use of the hotel's bikes and the advice on where to ride.

This hotel is in the perfect location!.. We are senior women and felt very safe at all times here. The whole city of Delft is charming. The bedrooms were quaint and all loved how they were different. Beds were comfortable and bath rooms had plenty of room. We loved our square in the front and had many meals there. The wonderful staff was exceptional, helping with all of our questions and many request. Thank you!

Hopefully they will look into air conditioning in the future. We were there in Late April with many days in the low 60's and a few 80's. We all had fans which handled the temperature fine but would not stay here in the summer. Also, no elevator which was ok for us. The staff helped with suitcases.

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Delft, ideal for exploring on foot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bicycle in a room at the rear of the hotel and the lady on reception even offered advise about the best cycle route from Delft to Hoek van Holland. Very good buffet style breakfast.

Minor point - but I always like a light above the bed head for reading.

Lovely room! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. Fabulous location in Delft with many cafes and excellent restaurants outside the hotel door. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! I would stay here again if lucky enough to return to Delft!
