Not worth the money

I really dont think its worth the money more than 800 € for 2 nights without breakfast. The tiny house was ok but:Balcony were not cleaned at all. The bathroom was so old and dark.The house was not 100% clean.The exterior of the houses, were neglected, abandoned.The play ground for the kids dirty, trampoline dangerous missing some parts.Our stay was ok but not some place special.

The only minor issues were the shower door leaks slightly and it took me a while to work out how to use the oven as I couldn't find any instructions. However. these things did not in any way have a negative impact on our holiday. Also, the soap in the kitchen is actually for washing dishes, which I should have realised earlier.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. If I have had a concern they tried to meet and solve it. The location is perfect directly at the beach. Lovely concept, with a herbal garden, playground, games, eco friendly - super important. The tiny houses were cute, functionally and had everything you need. It can get loud when there’s a storm but that adds to the charm. We would go there again.

The location of our tiny house was perfect, we had a beautiful view over the lake, the area was very quiet and peaceful, very great welcome and checkout experience thanks to the lovely team, the beach was only a short walk away, and we were even able to see a fox right in front of our place in the evening.

Since the tiny house we booked was offering a panoramic view of the lake with the large mirror windows, we thought it was a shame that they had not been cleaned in a while (a lot cob webs and bird poop). Overall the place was quite clean, but there was some sand left in the shower, so we assumed they missed that. One pillow was nice and comfy, but the second one was very hard - it would have been good to have two nice pillows. It also seemed strange to us that we had to wash any glassware used ourselves, and that we had to take our own trash out. All those points would have been fine if we were spending 50€ a night at a cheap camping, but for almost 350€ a night, we expected a little more.

We absolutely loved staying in the tiny house which is a great size very spacious and very modern it was lovely had everything we needed there was 3 adults and a toddler, it’s just a short walk to the beach which is gorgeous we will definitely be back thanks for having us xx

Away from cars and city

Facilities were a bit cheap. Curtains, coffee machines, showers etc.

The staff is very friendly, the location onthe seaside was very nice, our house was nice with a nice terrace! Quiet and peaceful place!

Prices are too high for this place! Towels were not changed during our stay! The bar was closed after 6There are no shops! The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and did not fold out!The curtains sagged and are attached through one!

In all it was a pleasent expereience.

At some corners of the house was black mold. Smoke detector was removed. And one of electric Sockets was not there, only cables. Handle on the bathroom Doors was not properly replaced ( screws were done about 80%)I understand that time from saturday to sunday ist a high time, but for this little house 230€ is way too much. The high price was the downside. 150€ ist the highest this cabine is worth.

Locarion close to an amazing beach with beach clubs is great. Super friendly and helpful personnel. Very oroginal camp. Lots of accomodation options.

The bathroom was a little old and the cabins are very close to each other

The couch was not comfortable, the cushions kept slipping down everytime we tried to sit down. Perhaps they should replace the couch.

We enjoyed on our stay at Basecamp, staff was friendly and helpful. The place is built with style and looks the same as on the pictures. If we pass by we would definitely visit again.

Beautiful nature around, territory of camp looks so cozy.Also you can use shared space like cozy chairs near the fire, a greenhouse with a fireplace inside.

Super interesting space (in a boat), was actually a lot bigger than expected, nice amenities, big kitchen, walking distance from the beach, you can't really hear you neighbours and more importantly, they can't really hear you, even if you have some music on and chatting ? checking in and out was honestly the smoothest process, they didn't require much information at all and you get the core for the locker with the key a day before arrival. People working at reception were also super friendly and helpful, and also very receptive to our feedback on possible improvements to the stay ?

The couch seemed broken, it was sunken through, and the boat was not really well isolated, and there was a leakage in the window in the corridor to the rooms, though probably only motived because it rained so much during our stay here. Because it's not greatly isolated we had to keep te heating on. Nevertheless the heating system seemed to work really well, as well as the fireplace kept the boat really warm! Also, the people in reception were receptive to the feedback to improve, and all in all these things can be fixed and didn't make our stay less enjoyable

tiny house number 7 has an amazingly undisturbed view towards the Kennemermeer, same for the terrace, the sea is around the corner and it's very quiet and chilled in wintertime. Furniture and house is beautiful and with Scandinavian look. Love the floor heatingI had very relaxing days!
