The studio was large. The beds big and comfortable. Quiet place although the train station is few tens of meters away. Easy to get there. Staff pleasant and helpful. The design of the studio was unique, the furniture itself was nice, and the geometry was also specific. The room is not strictly rectangular. That was adding some visual effects to the bed.

We spend a night in the hotel cause staying in Amsterdam was too expensive. Location was perfect, next to train station.Everything was good and clean, staff was friendly and helped us to navigate there. They also had a good breakfast. In short - recommend this place

It's very close to the train station. The rooms were very clean. However, the receptionist was rude.

The first room we were given was on the ground floor, and the window wouldn't close. I told them I couldn't stay there. If there was another room available, we could change rooms. Otherwise, I requested a refund. Then she moved us to another room, but she was incredibly rude, as if the situation was our problem.

Staff were very welcoming and cooperative. The location was convenient for our train travel but was also close to the heritage section of Alkmaar. Breakfast was substantial and coffee was excellent. The hotel had lovely atmosphere.

staff are the key to this hotels success.

For the price which I thought was quite high,did not include breakfast.2 sets of stairs to the room,very steep and awkward with luggage going up and down.

Great location, the property is in front of the train station, and close to the centre. The breakfast has many choices, both cold and warm options, prepared each morning. The staff was really amazing, they helped me to carry the luggage on the stairs, and allowed me to take the breakfast a little earlier, to get in time to my meeting.

There is no curtain installed in the bathroom, to prevent water from spreading.

Good location, delicious breakfast prepared for us in the evening to take with us the next morning as we had a very early check out. Very friendly and helpful staff

Room was so pleasant and the bed was comfortable ! The moment I checked in I was warm welcomed. Hood heating . The staff is super friendly and really give you a personal 5 star service feeling. I will definitely come back. Surprisingly better than expected !

Close to the Station. Change of towels every day.

No handsoap. Cheap toilet paper. Heating turns off after 4 Hours. No cups, no chance to boil water, change of towels every day or not. It wouod be nice to reduce waste by organising something for that. Matresses were too soft.

A warm, comfortable accommodation and good communication between transportation and downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good position and nice staff.

Everything was so old and in bad condition. There was no heating in the bathroom and it was freezing cold there. There was not even a curtain for the shower so the water goes everywhere.
