Everything was nice and clean food was great

Kids(teenagers) are walking on hallways and elevators barefoot and go like this into the swimming pool even though it is forbidden to go like this and " slippers" are obligatory. Unfortunately no one checks this so these kids are going with their bare feet full of hallway and elevator floor dirt in the swimming pool which is certainly not hygienic. Also I bought slippers and paid 7.5 euro because I respect the rules but other people obviously dont

Property was very long walking to our room was a long haul. There was no air conditioner. The room was stuffy when we arrived at 11 pm. Opening the patio door and window cooled off the room quickly. The roof gutter had a spout on our little patio, water came in through the open patio door. The TV system was not good for foreign visitors.

Close to the beach. Great stores, restaurant, inside with a bowling alley and spa.

My room didn’t have a thermostat to adjust the temperature.

The breakfast was good and varied. Unfortunately we couldn't have dinner at the hotel for 2 days. We were told that there were no places available.

The SPA area is small and a bit outdated.

The sauna is amazing for a hotel. The location is great and despite the size of the hotel it was really quiet. Parking in the garage.

On your departure day you can use the hotel garage until 12.00 sharp!!! Make really sure you leave before 12.00 ...even just a couple of minutes late... and you're charged €20. You can't avoid bringing sand in your room as the hotel offers no means for cleaning your shoes. Unfortunately during my 5cday stay, the room was not once vacuum cleaned...which is a not good for a 4Star hotel. Everything else was very clean.

Very clean, very comfortable. Plenty of choice for a vegetarian at breakfast. Helpful staff, made very welcome on check in and check out.

Vast sprawling hotel, windowless bar felt a bit like a cave, no real charm, bit industrial

Many facilities to entertain: swimming pool, saunas, restaurants, bar with a pool tableThe breakfast was a buffet. A lot to choose from.You are literally on the beach. It's my second visit in the hotel. The previous time was with my work.

Overall, we liked the hotel. Nice pool. We were relaxing with a child. Very tasty dinner, but be prepared to wait for drinks for about 30 minutes. Why not offer at least water. The bowling alley is old and no one disinfects shoes. You can easily catch a fungus. I was shocked by the dirt in the room. Dust, plaque on the taps. All the moltons are in yellow and orange stains. Also the blankets and pillows. It's just disgusting.

The facilities are great and so was the staff. It's right at the beach and the city center. Free parking is offered in the garage (make sure that you reserve a space ahead of your stay).

This hotel is huge and aimed at families with children, so it's very lively and bussy. If this is not what you're looking for you may be a little dissapointed.

Absolutely fantastic buffet for breakfast and diner! Bath tub in the room pleasantly surprised us, very good. Super service, nice reception and restaurant guys! Comfortable beds, view to the sea side. The swimming pool, jacuzzi were super cool ?

I think it will be more comfortable if we can have a bigger pillows ?.Pillows are quite small.

Location, 3 mins walk to town and 5 mins walk to beach ⛱️ , facilities is good .

The dinner buffet was quite expensive and does not have a wide variety. rice not cooked well and fish tasted bland. Also , you only get 1 round free drinks and had to pay extra for drinks. It would be good if drinks is included with the price and food is well seasoned and cooked.

The location so close to the beach, lovely high street just around the corner.Lovely pool and hot tub.Good value pub and bistro.

It’s really strange that your hotel is like a beach hotel and you don’t have air conditioning????we were with little kid who was absolutely wet during all nights and from 10 am in the room was like in the hell))))

Hotel staff went over and above to change our booking to two rooms with connecting door. While we requested nearby rooms via booking app- this info didn’t get to reception staff so they changed bookings around to fulfil our needs once we got there.The hotel is very close to the sea and the town/shops- in fact we could see the sea from our balcony. Also rooms were big and nice bathrooms and showers/bath. Slightly dated decor in rooms but bathrooms modern and I still give top marks.Downstairs there is great pool, toddler play area and ten pin bowling as well as restaurants/pub. Breakfast was automatically included in cost and really nice buffet breakfast.
