Pros +
- The receptionist was super, he welcomed us with a great energy and when we had problems with the heating he brought us a heater and ensured us it should warm up the room quickly - which was true - but if we are still cold afterwards, let him know and he brings another one.
- Nice spacious room, very comfy beds, nice balcony. Everything was new and clean. Also, they have a parking lot (not free) great if you go by car.

Cons -
- We only booked some minutes prior to our arrival, not in peak season and around 10PM, so it understandable that the room wasn't warm - but it was really cold and it started to heat up in an amazingly slow pace. Even in the morning it was only warmish. It is a matter of preference, not the fault of the place but might be helpful for others: the beds are too soft.
- The water pressure was a bit low, but not to the point where it was not mice to shower. Overall I think the hotel is a bit expensive compared to the location, but maybe that is because didn't book much in advance. Overall, I'd recommend.
- One of the Sauna( the small one was not working)There is a certain odor in the pool area.

Location, services.
The room 320. Separated from other rooms, very small, TV position and the feeling of living in the attic. The renovation of the floor 3 starts in the morning (a lot of noise) and I was not informed about.
The dinner and breakfast was the best i have ever had in hotels experiece. We had a family room and the beds were really comfortabel, really soft bed, pillow and blankets, this is what we loved! And we got a renovated room with a new bathroom and toilet.
The Pool was nice to have - but even nicer would have been women/men changing rooms - not just an open area to change!! Breakfast was excellent - IF you like a full cooked breakfast. Charging EUR18.50 for a coffee & croissant isn't funny. The restaurant food was excellent - not particularly "good value" but nice New Year's Eve Menu. Lovely staff - very friendly and helpful.
Communal changing area for the pool & sauna. Beds too soft, pillows too hard. Filthy bedroom carpet, bins not emptied, sheets not large enough for the beds, screws falling off the walls, cheap towels (when we finally got some!), bedroom door alarm goes off if you don't nudge it completely shut - annoying!! Tea/Coffee facilities but with no milk and paper cups, "Free Toiletries" included one generic bath/shower gel by the bath and a generic handwash by the sink. Sink was blocked, so permanently dirty and no plug for the sink. Pathetic shower and cheap shower curtain. Booked a "Deluxe Double Room" and got 2 single beds which we "slid together" and "slid apart" during the night. Nothing "Deluxe" about the room at all. And paying EUR7.50 a day for parking round the back of the hotel (on hotel land!). On check out they tried to charge us extra for a dinner - I had to go to the car, to get the receipt to prove they were wrong.
The location is great; if you are not looking into staying at the hotel for a long time, it can be a good option.
The hotel is old and needs maintenance. The carpet in the bedrooms should be removed as it looks awful and the toilet had a poor distribution. The hotel charges a parking fee but can not guarantee you have a place for your car, so we had to park on the street while the parking was already paid. The staff tries their best, but still, they seem very lost. Breakfast was very basic; again, you might not have a table due to all the reservations they do. The bar at the underground was closed.
Fully equipped room. Carpets & curtains a bit old, but all clean good choices for breakfastfriendly, helpful staffClose to where I needed to be
Parking was terrible, helpfulness of the stuff was moderate and it was way too expensive for the quality.
Big familly room. Nice place.
Parking was full, we had to park in a mud, and we were charged for this parking.
Breakfast was good
No air conditioning. No wash clothes. Shower had mold
The kids loved the pool. The surroundings were nice. Good breakfast
Really overpriced stay! We booked an expensive suite, and that is not at all what it felt like. + Spacious room, +pool included, +good breakfast, + friendly staff in the breakfast area - very dark interiors. -Not very clean- cigarette ashes dropped from the rooms above, landing all over our outdoor-space and table! -No shampoo, -few towels, -no fridge (in a suite!)-The reception staff didn’t seem too happy to work there. - although there was a private parking you had to pay about 7,5 €/ day -
It was close to where we were visiting
Bedroom, although spacious was dated & very tired condition. The lift wasn’t working for two days of our three day stay
Surroundings were niceParking
Staff could learn to be friendly and give more service. Or least wish a “thank you” on check out!Guests were waiting behind the reception desk and no one was there. The front staff were chit chatting at the restaurant. No apologies when they returned to the reception desk. Paper cups in the roomHairs in the bathroom
Fine hotel. Nice staff. Interior could do with some renovation and a paint job. The swimmingpool and spa are great and brand new.
Beautiful nature area, but hotel is too expensive for its quality
For 30 minutes could not even get the drinks, staff is not educated, easier just to walk out for dinner. Beds are terrible, too soft and outdated… it shows that management is not bothered and does not want to invest in the hotel improvement and employees /headcounts.
It’s good hotel with good facilities and nice location. The bedrooms are really big with balcony.
The room and bathroom lights are so dim and very depressing with a dull Wall paint. Please make at least the bathroom lights more brighter!
It was fine for what it was. Grocery store nearby. Paid bicycle lockers were nice and secure.
Overal okay.
Noisy, loud noises, I was put in a corner next to the staff room.
The room was good, not old. I went swimming in the pool but it is a small pool
it was verry hard to get the bill on my work account
