Lombok Hotel & SPA antes Hotel Casablanca

The property is very clean with beautiful landscape. It’s very tranquil and zen for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and bathroom is modern. We did experience a lot of ants in the bathroom area. However, overall our experience was great. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was included in our booking and was delicious and plentiful. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which the food and prices were fantastic! I highly recommend Lombok for any future stays. I would definitely return!

The property was fantastic! However, the room had a lot of ants. If they take care of the ants then there is nothing wrong with this property.

I liked the ambiance, I loved the great costumer's service especially offered by Liliana, Santiago and Guido.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff friendly and food was delicious! Additionally we took the massage which was on of the best I’ve ever had! Amazing!

The only recommendation is to tell people about the facilities, there was ping pong table and billard but we didn’t know so good to inform the guests!

This is a fantastic hotel with good bedrooms and a pool. It is really clean, and the staff is helpful and kind.

The soap in the shower was almost empty, but I used mine.

Beautiful hotel! The pool and spa area is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. We loved the heated jacuzzi! It was also great to have billiards and ping pong to play at night and when it was raining. The staff are very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We hope to return!

Service at the restaurant is a bit slow but we enjoyed everything we ate.

The facilities were spotless and the ambience was perfect for relaxation. The town is quite scenic although it lacks a bit of amenities. It's a welcomed weekend break from Bogota's cold weather.

The pool was not clean

It was the best hotel in town … but still highly overpriced. Should cost around half. Food and service were so-so. And was hard to sleep with the noisy fan. We’ll light at night, but could be more tastefully decorated and the staff better trained for the price charged.

Shower without hot water. In the morning absoltely freezing. We asked about serving hour of breakfast and they told it started at 6am, we went for breakfast at 6:45 and there was absolutely nothing and did not solved the problem, we left at 7 without breakfast since there was noboby in the kitchen
