Rustic building and rooms - enjoyed the proximity to the city whilst also being nestled in a cozy neighborhood.

Everything was great, especially the Bible I found there

Rang the doorbell to ask about the procedure to check in.Couth lady responded screaming.Yes i understand its digital.What if someone booked on last minute because battery phone was about to die like in my situation.The room itself was cold,even though the heater was turned on

Our room was really cold, the heating system didn’t function and there were only one small blanket in the cupboard. We didn’t sleep well due to being cold.

Very clean room , comfortable bed, free and safe parking in the yard of hotel. Everything was very good

I booked a room with 2 separate beds. However, we got a room with 1 double bed!!! Breakfast was included, but it was not. Instead, a bakery was offered, which is 7 km away

Property was clean and met all expectations.

Didn’t see any staff over two days, which maybe didn’t matter because everything we needed from a room was was there and worked.There was no facilities for food after 10:00pm

The hotel was available at short notice. I could access the room after midnight. The price was affordable.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, quite and nice place. There are a free parking place for car. Check-in and check-out you can do yourself.

The only thing they got going for them, the place was somewhat clean.

⚫️PriceThe price of this room was very expensive compared to the facilities offered. It's a rip-off. The furniture is extremely old (at least 30 years old), it's more like a cheap motel than a 3-star hotel. For the same price you can get a good room in ibis at Düsseldorf Hbf. ⚫️RoomWhere do I even begin... You enter the door, and you get greeted by an attic (look at the picture). I've seen doghouses bigger than this room. Half of the room's space is taken away from the slanted wall since this room was in the attic. I kept bumping my head and arms on the wall when I was in bed.The bathroom door hit the toilet seat each time I opened it. The cabin doors of the showers were very old and janky.The room reeks of cigarettes. The walls, curtains, and beddings seem to have absorbed the smell. Ironically, they have a "don't smoke or you get fined" card in the room. Unfortunately, I read the Google reviews after I came into the room and saw what a horror it was. There are a lot of bad reviews, and funnily enough, the owners make up excuses for each one of the bad reviews. The rooms were somewhat clean, but spider webs were everywhere, bathroom tiles were covered with bits of dust and hair and towels stinked. The owners have clearly forgotten about the place long ago and just harvest whatever money they can get from the rooms.⚫️LocationThe hotel is in a secluded area, at least 40 minutes far from Düsseldorf Hbf by public transport. It's very far and doesn't justify the price at all.P.s. the photos from the owners are either heavily edited, photoshopped, or captured in very appealing angles.

Good location, easy to check in as its all done via code that’s sent. Free parking, shops within walking distance

Someone has been smoking in the room and no breakfast available

It is a nice place to go when you are with the family. Is a quiet place with lots of greens around.

It is a little bit distant from what I want to do that is to assist the Essen Spiel convention. It is 20 minutes away from Dusseldorf plus the waiting time for the bus.

No one was present. The number given to call was never answered. The shower door was broken and there were bees in the room(I am allergic to bee strings). I left a day earlier than expected for those reasons.

15 mins with bus to Neuss BF, from there, Cologne and Dusseldorf are easy reachable.

I lived in a room that has windows facing street. In some nights there is low-frequency noise (maybe from an AC or ventilator), which bothered me when sleeping. It also depends on how sensitive to noise you are.

The room was clean and check in was easy. The ordered parking spot was too small for the transporter, but I could park for free in a side street. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. During night it was silent. I can recommend this place.

I didn´t like that thy said, they will charge while checking in. They charged some hours before from my credit card.

The owner or the receptionist was unkind and totally uninterested in receiving the guests. She was angry and frustrated that I had not checked the email nor sms upon my arrival for the 6 digit code to open the door. So instead of a welcome, she was lecturing me! Our room no. 10 on the third floor (2nd in Europe) was facing the busy road with non stop noise of cars and trucks and people who screamed at night, so we could not sleep (the weather was hot so we had to keep the windows open). No fan or air condition. If your room is on the street side, and it's summer, you won't be able to sleep with the windows open. We asked for another room on the other side facing the inner court but the lady did not give us another room. Instead, she offered a more expensive room with extra cost! We had no idea that the hotel was situated on such a busy and loud road. So I can not recommend this hotel. No breakfast and the nearest bakery is 1.3 km ( 1 mile ) away! No parking space was left for us (too little space for our car) - but their own car was parked there! In short, all parking spaces were occupied, so we had to look for a parking space on the streets. The shower door was such bad quality that it took a few minutes to open and close. They had a screen on the wall that you could not turn off so we could not make the room dark to sleep.

Customer service, size of room, very comfortable bed. Communication regarding accessing your room was excellent.

Only one pillow and it was flat as pancake ?About thw staff - never there! Would've love to see the staff and talk face to face and ask more questions. Felt like full automatic hotel... And for full automatic hotel it was overpriced.
