The housekeeping did not do good job in cleaning the room.

I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong dates and only realized it upon arrival. When I cancelled the reservation, I only got €7 back — which is ridiculous. Since it was already evening, I had no other choice but to pay for the room again.

The hotel is on the Rheine bank where wonderful riverwalk is several km long - either for walking, jogging, cycling. The place is rather big as it's intened to hold conferences. They're doing repairs/ modification but we were lucky not bothered with the noise.All staff I interacted with were very friendly, helpful and nice.Breakfast was unchanging but fresh and well-balanced. Also had dinner in the restaurant in the evening - very good.

I'd like their towels to have distinctive fresh afterwash smell which they surprisingly didn't have.

Breakfast is good, there is a very large selection. I will definitely come again to the hotel for that only.The sweet and pastries part is lacking as typical of German breakfasts, no Nutella, Bacon was not crispy, but all in all was ok

The hotel was not clean , you can see spider in the room and spider net in the bed??

It was luxurious, nice and pleasant. Great breakfast. Alot of information written everywhere in the room.

The AC didn't work and several things were broken and rusted in the bathroom. I got just an apology but no compensation. They could have offered me the breakfast but I guess this happens more often. Bathtub very slippery, so use the anti-slip mat. Even with the mat, be careful.

Sauna. Bed. All ?Staff is Klasse.

Parking nearby can be tricky, but even that was ok

Big Fridge did not work and the room was a little bit dusty

The rooms were comfortable with a great view and the restaurant was open all the time.

The sauna wasn’t open during the day on Saturday

Large spacious room with frontal Rhein view. Ample parking place around, and also in the hotel. Quite rooms and quite area.

- breakfast was OK (not a very large buffet, bit too American with automatic pancake machine and diluted concentrate Grannini juice)- cleaning staff entered the room without knocking or announcing entry - a bit awkward standing in your undies- taking a shower in the bathtub was slippery for large people (borderline unsafe - luckily found anti-slip mat somewhere else in the room)- Wifi is unusable - even gmail simply does not load- the location is out of town - a good 2 km walking - makes the hotel quite, but also remote for visiting places

- Bath could not be used due to missing piece, asked for technical support to the reception but could not be provided as there was no technical person available. - Curtains did not close properly and were broken at the sides making lights coming through

The location and quality of food is great.

The bed was not a double bed. The midle part was joint by two single bed. Very uncomfortable sleep for couples.

Everything was fine for a business trip

Hotel is located in a very calm area, opposite to Düsseldorf city, close to the river.

The breakfast—my expectations were much higher than the reality. This was my third stay at this hotel during the ProWein exhibition. Room prices for this period are extremely high, three times the normal rate.

I booked the hotel for its nice quiet location by the Rhine river and wasn't disappointed. Same applies to the wonderful swimming pool and sauna which I enjoyed very much. My room also had everything I needed and even a great view to the river. Staff was very helpful and kind trying to solve a couple of small issues. would highly recommend.

My mini fridge didn't work but got quick replacement. In the evening annoyingly there were guests that left their dog in the room and went away and the dog barked non-stop for hours!! Hotel offered another room to sleep and a bit of compensation but sadly that offer was never received. I also find the breakfast charge of nearly 20 euros a bit of the top but everything else was great!

Good stay with our 3yo child. Very nice breakfast, comfortable and clean room, nice swimming pool and sauna. Good price for these services!

Friendly staff, spacious room, nice location with access to public transport if going to Borussia ParkUpon checkin, they also offered free ice cream on the lobby

Would be great if there are food options even small bites at night

The breakfast was good ..and all the staff were excellent

The room was cold and I had to put both duvets over me. There was a very simple dial with 1-6 on it that didn’t do anything. There was no TV remote and the mechanism for directing the water to the bath didn’t work.

Huge queue to check-in. It took almost an hour.Parking is expensive.

Good bed, pleasant room, very good value for money

This was our second stay, and this time the cleanliness was below par. Lots of dust on the ground, spots here and there, also dirt on one of the decorative bed covers.
