Best Western Comfort Business Hotel Düsseldorf-Neuss

The room was spacious. Although the facilities seemed a bit dated, it was very clean and quiet. Free parking was available in the spacious parking lot!

It would be even better if the bathtub came with a non-slip mat. My wife is pregnant, and the bathtub gets very slippery.

Great all around service with extremely knowledgeable and hospitable staff. They made my even more enjoyable because of their English skill to support me in navigation numerous experiences. Cannot express my appreciation for the hotel manager as well as Diana,.

Did not have any experiences that I did not like at the Best Western Comfort Business hotel in Dusseldorf-Neuss

The business hotel is a good definition for it. It's a bit old, but yet acceptable choice for the time of exhibition in Dusseldorf, not far from the messe. I think it is a good 3-star hotel. In two km, there are some good restaurants, including one Italian restaurant.

A bit old hotel drsign with clean but not new towels, water temperature fluctuation in the morning is a problem.No safe in the room.

The most important thing that made my stay a good one was the staff. Due to unforseen circumstances my train was severely delayed meaning that I arrived after the informed closing time for reception. I rang ahead and spoke with a lovely lady who allayed my worries about late check in. I was not only late but very late - still no problem to her and a very accommodating night porter who was on hand to deliver 2 well needed beers. Top marks to them!!

The room was cold and the heating was switched off. Not a major issue but it would have been helpful if a little advance advice was given - a simple card in the room to say that the heating needs to be manually switched on. I know that this sounds like a first world problem but most hotels now have automated systems so a little nudge in the right direction would help with this matter.

A very clean and new (renewed) room.

Sunscreens could not be lifted when the sun was not shining on this face of the building, the button for it did not work. Breakfast was not at the expected level (no croissants, no fried bacon). Room was very warm. The hotel is situated in a stony environment.

Quiet location, great breakfast and great parking.

The air conditioning was poor, couldn't get the room cool enough.

It was clean and spacious. The man on reception was welcoming. The staff at breakfast were too and made my little boy feel welcome with a hot chocolate. We liked that we could open the windows wide.

The room had enough space for a great stay and we could change the heat as we wanted. A big TV, a working desk, and extra chairs in the room. The bathroom was also very nice. The parking lot was big enough. Breakfast was great, with different breads, omelets, juices, fresh-cut fruits, etc.

I think the breakfast was very limited for the hotel being a four star hotel. We appreciated the cappuccino included in the breakfast.

There were only 1 pillow available per bed. I'm used to various options available as per your preference for sleeping.

Staff was extremely friendly and understanding. We arrived late in the being with small kids and the receptionist was very accommodating.In the morning the staff were very helpful and picked up on signals and pro-actively brought a sunny-side up for breakfast. Big compliments!!!

The hotel was very nice and the staff were really kind and friendly. The area was calm when you don't want to stay near the busy place. If you've a car, then definitely good place to stay, away from main city and peaceful.

Since we didn't have a car, the place was far for us to reach from Düsseldorf. I expected this and booked, so it's on me. Breakfast options are okay. Good enough for a quick bite.

there was refurbishment/repairs/improvement work going on at the time with lots of noise during the daytime and into the evening making it difficult to relax with the hot summer temperatures and no air conditioning in the room it got very hot inside too, and this made it difficult to sleep at night and uncomfortable during the day

Hotel room is poor, old style and bad furniture. Bathroom is old and bad looking. Travelling with a pet, I've paid a Superior Queen Room with Sofa Bed and got a 3 beds poor quality standard and smelly (at entrance I was indicated that pets cannot get in the room I paid for, though this is a pet friendly hotel). I understand that there are rooms reserved for guests with pets but should have the same quality as others). Breakfast is included but poor and with a low quality charcuterie selection, minimum fruit and bad coffee.

Very nice staff and breakfast was nice.

The rooms on the top floor (4) are a poorer standard than the floors below. I had family on floor 0 and the room was much better. Mostly bathroom and shower area.
