Clean and big rooms. Almost everything that you need is available. Umbrellas can also be rented at reception

This was an amazing hotel in a really interesting town. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was also extensive.

The stuff is horrible! Very not nice or helpful. You always get the feeling thy against you - not to help nor host you. Just bad vibes. Not the first time too.

Parking spaces are a bit tight for modern cars, it can be a bit nerve wracking to park without scraping your car.

It was a double room, but in reality there were two beds just placed next to each other. The beds and the linen were single person use each.

The stuff! The front man was so rude and unfriendly, and the cleaner just got inside my room without knocking...

Breakfast was very good and the service service staff were excellent. We have been staying here over the years and it was great to see the refurbished rooms and modern fit outs.

The hotel previously provided umbrellas- even if just a few at the reception. It would help greatly if this continued as we don't carry umbrellas when flying into Neuss for a stay.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Exterior belies the interior, don't be put off. Lovely hotel and rooms very good size, spotless, clean and within 10 mins walk from the town square. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean, had everything we needed and was located within walking distances of the town centre (Neuss) and transport into Dusseldorf

Firstly, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of Neuss, it was incredibly convenient for accessing local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The proximity made it easy to explore and enjoy the best the city of Neuss offers.

Room size

no coffee maker in theor twin room though its listed. They charge 3.5 euro for small cup of coffee. They could have easily keep their coffee machines used for Breakfast area on so that guests could use it.you have to walk 10 minutes to get to any store or coffee shop.

The room was quite ok and silent. And clean. The bad was confortable.

The breakfast was really weak. There was no cup near the coffee machine so you need to bring back the cup you have on the table and reuse it if you already consume tea with that. No olive offered. Very few cheese sellection. We are told that there could be drunks in the park in front of the hotel which could break in to our car. So we have to leave our car to parking place of the hotel and pay 22 euro/ per night for car parking.

Bad

I hated the worst experience of my life I had in this hotel, the staff were super rude and rude, the price was absurdly expensive for a hotel with a television that wasn't Smart, there was no YouTube, the room was old and the shower in the bathroom burned me because it was so hot, but it wasn't I complained about it. What I was really upset about was when I checked out they made me pay another €170 for the hotel, but when I arrived I paid €160 for 2 days. They took advantage of my situation as I was from abroad and didn't speak English well and made me pay more than I ever had. I had no problems with any hotel but this one surprised me with what they did to me and I left there crying with anger. I don't recommend it, there are better hotels in the city!

Very comfortable, clean

Staff were great, apart from one female night receptionist - I’ve never had the misfortune of dealing with such a rude staff member in my life - she is the only reason I cannot rate 10/10, astonishingly poor customer service

A very clean and well maintained hotel. Comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Underground parking with a direct hotel access was very convenient.
