Clean rooms and fair breakfast.

The family room, non-smoking by the way, smells terribly of tobacco. My kids complain about the smell.

Decently priced family rooms though impractical in terms of bed allotments. Mattress and pillows were of good quality. Food was decent but not outstanding.

Location definitely requires a car. Food could have been better. 2 queen/king beds instead of those single bed arrangements. Bed was a bit squeaky.

Bice shower ang good matress. Parking with lift. Everything rrally clean. Good breakfast.13 euros i think is a llot for a pet

Rooms basic but comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get into Dusseldorf, short walk to tram station.Free parking a bonus . Continental breakfast good.

Tea and coffee facilities would be nice in rooms, however we were offered free hot drinks at reception.

Poor location in industrial area, very dark at night and fairly run down. Room is very basic ( 80's butlins) with no air conditioning. Lift was broken our entire stay ( room on third floor). Staff weren't particularly pleasant.

Room is basic and clean ,but very thin walls ,so you can hear everything going on in room next door. Plus strange musty smell at door and in corridor.

Location is in middle if a commercial area. Lift wasn't working the whole time we were there. Which was a pain being on 4th floor.

If you have back problems, the bed will be a nightmare. With the uneven headrest and the low pillows, it was a very painful first night. For the 2nd night I got 2 extra pillows that helped a little but still the bed wasn't comfortable. The room is nice and so is the bathroom, both looked clean unfortunately the hotel has a dusty smell, that was the first impression I had. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything in other rooms and that also prevents you from having a good sleep. The breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary but still it was ok. There was coffee, juices, teas, some cheese, ham and veggies alongside with yogurt, bread and some cereal and marmalade. In general I guess it's ok, I had higher expectations and maybe that's why my experience wasn't the best. The hotel is a few minutes walking from the bus and tram station so that's very convenient.

Breakfast was ok, there's plenty possibilities of free parking. Overall it was nothing special, just stayed for one night due to business travel. However, wouldn't come again

room is a little on the older side, but you have everything you need (nothing less, nothing more). Desk area wasn't that nice to sit and work. Location is a little off

This is a nice hotel just outside the busy cities with excellent facilities, like free off street parking, a bar and a proper breakfast. Staff are always friendly and everything is kept clean.The free coffee is also a bonus.

Don't expect Aircon or a mini fridge, but this is clearly shown on their booking.com listing and reasonably normal for Germany.I would have liked a charging point for my electric car somewhere nearby, but this is not quite as common in Germany yet compared to the Netherlands.

Nice, spaced, clean rooms, clean bathroom. Everything what we need.And the breakfast was great.

The wifi internet was poor. But we didn’t need it a lot.

Big interconnected rooms, friendly staff, spacious. Showers were decent.

It was located in an industrial area, so we didn't see much of the city itself. Breakfast could have been a bit more elaborate.

Compare with price of hotel breakfast,room and bed are poor condition

The staff was super friendly. Whether late at night or early in the morning, they were always helpful.Breakfast was fair, certainly not the best I've seen, but had everything I needed. The room was nice. Even though the rooms use keys, which is a bit outdated, the beds were comfortable, plenty of outlets, and a small desk from which I could work.

The location was not great. Getting from Neuss central station to the hotel meant walking and checking Google Maps several times. Since I arrived late, I wish I didn't have to do that. Maybe it works better if you have a car, which I didn't. Not a deal-breaker, though
