It is located in a beautiful area in Paipa, surrounded by nature and with the lake near. Really amazing and peaceful hotel

The pool is outdoors and it's heated, which is great at night. The spa offers excellent massages, and there are also the hot spring jacuzzi. They also have many options for hikes, and children activities. Amazing place for relaxing.

The staff were polite, but at times a bit distant. Other than that, I wouldn't complain about anything.

The kindness of the staff, the facilities of the hotel, and the peace of the location were amazing.

Internet is really bad. It’s crazy in this type of hotels they don’t offer good internet, and if you need to get into a zoom meeting you need to pay. Ridiculous. Wi-Fi sucks.

The setting with the lake, facilities and views were excellent and the staff were very nice and helpful

The italian restaurant was closed, we were told it would open next day but didn't. There was also no bar. Breakfast was great but dinner in main restaurant was quite poor and not value for money

Location was beautiful

The only thing that I didn’t like was I made the reservation from the United States and when I was here, they charge me taxes because I didn’t have my American passport

The outdoor pool is beatiful (could be a bit warmer).The natural thermal water jacuzzis are fabulous, book in advance! The facilities are great with spectacular views and many activites on offer for all ages and tastes. The restaurants are excellent, keep up the great quality and service. The staff are absolutely wonderful.

The spa is quite small and the showers need fixing.

I loved the people most of all, i loved the location, the staff were exceptional and I also loved that they were pet friendly. This was my best vacation ever.

I am sorry to disappoint you but the truth of the matter is that there wasn’t anything I didn’t like, everything was just perfect.

Spa options are very good, for jacuzzi you book in avance your own time which is great. Pool is climatized in the afternoon, that is good when day is cloudy and or windy

Facilities are amazing. Great for families. Relaxing spa. Great wine bar and Italian restaurant.

Need to promote the wine bar a little more, it’s beautiful.

I loved the food , the chefs at this hotel are the best in both restaurants , breakfast has everything for everyone . The Italian restaurant all the dishes we had were delicious, kudos to the chefs

The front desk people were not the friendliest and or accommodating!

We are a family of 4 (kids our 8 and 5 years old). Our plan was to visit different places around Boyaca, but with all the hotel had to offer we ended up spending more time relaxing there.We played tennis, went for walks, used the pool, visited the farm, took the kids on a horse ride. There was lots we didn’t do as well.The prices in the restaurants are more than reasonable. We would drive into to Paipa for one of our meals to mix it up.In summary, we loved our stay and it was great value for money.

Our room was opposite the restaurant and the noise travels easily from there to the room. At night, it wasn’t an issue but from about 06:30 you can clearly hear music and the general noise of people. My kids slept through it though.

The view from the room was great. I could see Sochagota lake and enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The room was tidy and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.The hotel offers a spa area but I didn't use it. However, it looked really nice.

For breakfast " envueltos " didn´t were fresh, hards..

Loved the service, food and facilities. The recreation options were great. Horse back riding, water skiing, etc.

The facilities are very nice and the breakfast is incredible. The beds are confty and the staff is kind. The pool and the sauna are nice and the options to make different activities make everything amazing. I love it.

The service was slow as the hotel was crowded and the standard room iis kind of small for the price you pay for 4 people. (we couldn't get another one as it was packed). Standard room for 4 people is too small.

I loved the nature spaces, the farm, the thermalpools and we were very happy.

The personnel were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional.

I was expecting a hot springs pool.
