Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom

The hotel was clean,room sufficiently spacious

parking area was full and i had to park outside.My room was given to somebody else by mistake but they found me another room which was good enough.No air condition in the room.

Clean. Secure. Nice surroundings. Excellent staff! Lots of conveniences like a bar on site that offered a few meal items. Excellent breakfast!

The place was a construction site.They were renovating 200 of the 230 roomsWe were placed right next to the construction .Workmen banging around from 7h00 every dayDust everywhere including the dining roomTools everywhere. We had to step over wires and stuff to get to the roomThey should have closed the place - asking the manager why we were not informed of the state of the place, he replied that they had instructions from head office not to divulge the renovations

The hotel is easy to find, we were able to check in late at 1am with no problems. The staff was nice and friendly. Location is very easy to drive to, with very convenient parking.

Apparently the hotel is going through a big renovation right now (which we were not warned about during booking) - good for them, we peeked through an open door into a new room and it looked very nice. We were put in the old one though - and it seems previous renovation was around 30 years ago. No point in reviewing it though, as its days are now numbered.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. Even though we arrived late, there was a Burger King nearby where we could grab a quick dinner, which was very convenient. The hotel also offers spacious parking, and the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options and perfect coffee to start the day.

However, there were a few drawbacks to our stay. The elevator was under construction, but we had to use it as we couldn’t find the stairs. It didn’t feel safe since the elevator doors didn’t close properly, which was concerning. Additionally, there was construction happening on our floor, which affected the overall atmosphere. While our room was nice and the beds were comfortable, there was a slight odor that was noticeable.

The Hotel staff are good may be but the policies of making deposit for charger or power cable is not good. I got a small bed and its not what I paid .

The policies of making deposit for power cable is horrible. The staff are not that co operative .

The location is quite convenient for travelers who are self-driving.

Parking a car charges 5 € a day, but they will not tell you that the neighbor parking area charges only 0.5 €, until one day hotel parking is full, and force you to move your car to the neighbor parking area...

Very helpful and polite staff, with a nice clean facility welcoming for food and drink.

Room was ok, but not ideal for couples as the beds were separated. However, nothing to complaint here as we knew it when we booked. The hotel is perfectly placed, close to the city center. Bar was open until late, which is nice if you want to have a last drink before you go to bed.

We did to chose the breakfast option. I mean, come on! 19 euros for a breakfast? really? We don't care about buffets and for a price of 19 eur it was out of the question. It would have been an OK hotel experience, were it not for the bathroom. It was not up to standards. The toilet had indications of being use prior our arrival (I will spare the details) and the shower had mold and was just not clean. In my opinion shower curtains should only be used in private residences. Also water temperature had only two settings: surface temperature of Pluto at night and solar ionosphere.

when I (woman travelling alone with son) arrived in the middke of the night desperate for a room after a long journey and a broken car the guy at the reception tried to bribe me. a 100euros cash deposit would be the only way to fix a room. when I checked, plenty of rooms were available on Booking without this requirement. so I booked it there and then it was fixed. this guy tried to take advantage of my situation, and I felt really unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel

The location is excellent.

Rooms are not very clean. Bad customer service. No English-speaking TV channels.After my departure, they charged me extra without any warning upon a false accusation of a 'missing' decorative pillow. Not a single word of explanation or apology.

Cleanliness and atmosphere.

Two single beds put in separate positions. Double bed room was not available but two single beds were not put together either
