Friendly staff that helped with the request to have two rooms next to each other, as we were with a family this helped us to stay close together.

Some things were broken or out of order without communicating this on forehand, such as the sauna infrared cabin and sauna shower. Also one of the rooms bathtub plug were missing, while I reported this to the staff and was promised to be fixed, it was not fixed when we left.

Good location, excellent service with staff fluent in multiple languages and very helpful. Excellent breakfast with many hot and cold options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay unforgettable. A special shoutout has to go to Yagmur, who was an absolute gem! Her kindness, helpfulness, and genuine care stood out and made me feel so valued as a guest.The room itself was a dream. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and boasting the most breathtaking view of the city I could have asked for. Waking up each morning to that stunning panorama was pure bliss. Everything about this hotel exudes quality and attention to detail, from the cozy beds to the impeccable service. It’s safe to say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

That I needed to pay 200 euros as "caution" just for a one night time , even when I have already paid at the property 105 euros for the room , so if you don't have 305 euro , you could not book a room there ? depressive , not coming back

One of the competitive advantages of the hotel is that it has a nice swimming pool of a decent size and with pleasantly warm water. Perhaps not ideal for families with small children, but for adults who want to swim, it is very good that the pool is 1,40 cm deep from end to end, enabling proper swimming without hitting the bottom with one's knees. There is also a sauna. It is a nice touch that the hotel will offer bathrobs and towels for the spa, for free.There are a number of parking spots in the street, which are free at least later on Saturday and all of Sunday. Otherwise, the hotel has a garage for 13 Euros/24 hours, which is fairly reasonable. Breakfast is typical of a hotel in this price range, perfectly good, but not extraordinary, and not particularly cheap at 21 Euros per person.

My son and I were travelling to attend the boat expo in Düsseldorf. Since we are travelling by car we often pick hotels a bit outside the big cities as these are often a bit cheaper than in the centres of big cities and there is often free parking in the street. In the end this hotel despite being located in a very small municipality was not much cheaper, given the breakfast price, that a hotel of similar standard in Düsseldorf so perhaps a bit of a miscalculation on my part.The lift in the hotel is a panorama one, gliding up and down "outside" the hotel wall. It is nice in a way, but if one for example is heading to the pool in a bath in a bathrob, one feels a bit silly being stared at by people in the street. Another thing is that the lift is EXTREMELY slow, and does not always stop at the floors where one is waiting for it, if somebody else is already inside. That said, the hotel is fine and can be recommended for anybody visiting Haan or some place nearby!

The location is great. Reception is always monitored by someone so you never have to wait long to be helped by someone. The staff are friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the pool facilities were surprisingly lovely and very clean.

The hotel was expensive for what was offered. My daughter spilled a small bit of water on the duvet and it got wet right before bedtime, we called and asked for a replacement, the receptionist said they have no spare duvets. We used a hairdryer to dry it but seems a bit crazy for such a big hotel. Our rooms were not cleaned at all by housekeeping throughout our stay which was very disappointing. We were beside the lift and sound proofing was non existent. Considering the location, parking is too expensive. Breakfast is average and I would not pay for it again but go elsewhere on the street. Staff at breakfast are friendly and helpful.

the hotel has two locations (other side of the street). We were there and if you go to the swimming you are walking down the street with your swimming gear.

The room was comfortable and cosy for a modern hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were generally friendly and helpful

1. The access to the underground parking was narrow and not convenient for a right hand drive car. The instructions on the intercom were not clear. Not a good introduction to the hotel on arrival.2. The hotel lift was exceptionally slow. Nice, but painfully slow in operation

Great location within Haan. Excellent choice and variety available at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was fine for a one night stay, had everything I needed to sleep well

The rooms in the Annex are not as modern as in the main building (probably why they're a bit cheaper)
