Reception staff are friendly

Rooms on the train side are so noisy and hot .. rooms on the other side are not well equipped, no water bolier, just two cups, and I stayed for 3 days no room services, and even no extra pillows

spotlessly clean, lovely people. despite all the warnings about train noise the whole building is well sound insulated. you hear them but not obtrusive

car park fills up early but there is street parking 2/3mins walk from the hotel

Cancelled it cause of various reasons

Unfriendly, no staff at reception desk, machine for entry card did not work, seems to be used for Ukraine refugees to stay

The property in itself was fine. But Monday was Ruhetag which meant I had to go out for breakfast

Not updated, damaged and dirty floors. Wooden flooring was visibly damaged and ugly. Walls above the heads of the beds were darkened and dirty. Whole building smelled weird and is badly insulated.

Lack of sleep due to temperature and noise from railway.

Extremely hot in room and directly next to train line which was very loud.

Modern, clean however room service every three days.

The hotel is located on a road that is opposite to the main railway line. You pay more for the rooms at the back „comfort“ but you still get noise if the window is open.Parking in the basement is a challenge, and on street parking is restricted. There is a limited number of ground level onsite parking spaces which are soon occupied.Breakfast has a large selection but the warm items were probably cooked at the start of breakfast service (6:30) but are only replaced if eaten.

Staff is very friendly and there is very clean room.

My experience was better than most of the reviews, i stayed in room 124 on the train side.You can see that they are trying. The windows are 46DB insulating for the noise and ear plugs are provided. I really checked the bathroom but mine was spotless and clean. Size of the room is quite big and you also have a fridge.2 small water bottles are already provided by the hotel free of charge.

Well, it is true that the hotel is warm beyond belief. You cannot open windows and with 17 degrees outside, the room felt like 25. If you do not have A/C, please supply a fan at least. You can't open windows because of the noise.The bed was alright although it did have some stains, it was obvious that it needed replacement.It looks like some construction is happing around the lobby, as there are some exposed electrical wires hanging around.The car parking is small with only 6 places outside and 12 places in a small garage. When full, you cannot park in the street and you need a bit of a search and walk.

Breakfast was very good.

The sound of the train every some minutes. It was summer and we had to leave the windows open so the sound of the train at night was horrible.

Breakfast was very nice. Room was warm and clean (October), kitchenette in the room was useful. Our experience at this hotel is positive.

Wi-fi is non existent. Lift broke down on our last day and overall building condition is not that great,

The beds were horrible - the back support was lacking.The carpet was dirty in the room.
