Big rooms and comfortable bed.

No air-conditioning and with an open window, the noise from the traffic right in front, sleeping is almost impossible when it is hot.

It is a very cozy hotel, clean, and easy to access with a great location and big rooms. Recommend. Yes, and it has great value for money.

Large and very spatious room

The concept is contactless short term apartment rental. I haven't seen any member of the personnel apart from the cleaning crew who don't seem to come along during your stay (I was there for 5 days).

Contactless check-in/-out. Great location, close to pizzeria, bakery, Lidl, Aldi and bus stop. Thank you for the quick response (breakfast refund).

Very poor soundproofing, you could hear everything. The toilet door creaked. The rain shower head was uncomfortable. Bad mattress and pillows. I wish they cleaned more thoroughly.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and met our needs. I greatly appreciate coffee available, at any time of the day, in the main lobby area.

There needs to be lighting in the parking area. It was very dark and not safe.

Disappointing

very loud, rooms not isolated, you could hear everything… other guests talking, come and go or walking above. Heaters damaged, curtain damaged, room cold and not clean. Dust everywhere. For one night doable, if you neglect the downsides, but not for longer.

Hot drinks in the lobby were just what we enjoyed.

Very noisy, very hot, no ventilation only a very loud table fan.TV did not work. No real curtains, very light early in the morning

Washroom was well appointed.Access was straightforward using keycode.

The rubbish under the bed was an unpleasant feature. Duvet was too hot. Bed was not made all week. Having an identical breakfast for 8 consecutive days was boring. Had I realised that there was a bakery close at hand I would not have paid (through the nose) for a daily breakfast box. The table was rather cramped for two people to eat breakfast. Inadequate wardrobe space. The top shelf of the wardrobe was out of reach. No rack was provided for one's luggge, As the place was unstaffed, I was unable to leave my case for a few hours after check-out time, a facility which normal hotels always provide.

Easy access through code at any time, no wait for checkout etc.

Location on a busy street, no curtains on the windows (just some shades) leaving the room bright with streetlights all night. Street very noisy as well, no AC will leave the room hot all night.

Comfortable bed even for big people, big kitchen with hob, big safe bathroom without obstacles, no carpets, clean.

Concept of no people works in theory but in practice there’s no one there to solve issue with the room. Starting with not working television to not have the cleaning in the morning and having dirty kitchen accessories.

Television in the room was not working, and issue was not fixed…. Took to long to take any action. Kitchen things were dirty from other guests, suggar in plates inside the cabinets. Day cleaning was not done. And the hotel response to the complaint but didn’t seem to care.

The room was huge and extremely clean! You don’t see anyone, but everything worked perfectly.

Location is great, when you arrive and checked in, you just enter the code and go straight in.

There were couple of mosquitos and a spider in the flat. Also for the price I think basic tea, coffee, micro should be provided.

Digital check-in/check-out, nicely designed rooms and very comfortable beds.

More parking spots would be a big plus.
