Little Pilgrims Boutique Hotel

The hotel was located close to shopping centre's and restaurants - great location. We had a good stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a cosy getaway with my family. Will definitely book in again in the future.

Would have liked the option of a heated pool, for the chilly afternoons. But not a deal-breaker, would still book the venue.

The breakfast was very nice

The was no blankets, TV not working, Wi-Fi not working, there was no plug for the hairdryer.we struggling to open the door the card was not working have to go up and down for the key.

The theme of the hotel was like a small western USA town and was just darling. Breakfast was very good and the staff provided excellent service. We had a massage at the spa on property which was excellent and a great value.

I liked the room inside and outsideIt was very cozy and clean.Staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome all the time.They are very helpful.The breakfast was great- The only things it needs are flapjacks and muffins ?We really had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.Thank you for a wonderful Easter weekend.

There was no water in the area when we checked in, so we were moved to the next hotel. The staff were wonderful regarding this glitch and assisted us with smiles. Our first impressions will ensure we return again.

The hotel was just off the main road was noisy at times. The bathroom was newly renovated and good. The room was spacious. We liked the garden around the rooms.

The mattresses were old and we could feel the spring. The flooring laminates were run down.

Guests brought their own food and alcohol to the pool area, asked the staff for a cork screwGot into the pool with the alcohol, was not pleasant, when I questioned this I was told it is not allowed but what could they do..My dinner on the evening of the 27th Dec was not what I ordered, it took approximately 30 minutes for it to arrive with my husband's, they took both away and I waited another 40 mins for the correct order, my husband's dinner must have just been put on a warmer as it was not as hot as it should have been..I do not believe the rate being charged is worth it and we will not book there again.Regards Beverly

The room I picked on booking.com is not what I got when we reached there. The bed was completely uncomfortable and the shower was the worst ever. Please do something about the shower head, its terrible.

The hotel was neat, quite and peaceful. The fellow guests were also nice and we had no issues during our stay.

The restuarant did not serve or sell lunch meals which was a bit of an inconvinience.

The place was very clean, has wifi and breakfast.The TV was working.Staff was very nice, the swimming pool was super clean.They have a hair dryer and a bar fridge.It was a breadth of fresh air.I wish I had enough time to go to the spar.oaw hey the breakfast had variety of stuff from cereals...I really enjoyed the food.There's air conditioners and a fan in the room aswell.They also have a bar

The swimming pool was very deep for the kids, if you didn't bring any swimming wheel you'd expirience a problem, needs parent supervision when swimming.The place is an hour and so away from Mbombela CBD.

The room was not comfortable and the bed was felt old and not comfortable at all.

The staff members are very rude. The cleaning staff does not greet even when you greet them. At the restaurant, the only lady who was friendly and professional was the host, I think as she was the one whom I met at the door. She served me and was amazing. The rest of the staff were impolite and rude.The reception ladies were very professional, friendly and welcoming. They actually went out of their way to make my day.

Safe and secure parking, good on-site restaurant and whilst anbolder property it was well maintain and had a good ambience.

The area and ambience was beautiful, breakfast was good too.

There was another group there at the same time and were very noisy, even though they were adults. After complaining, the management could not keep them down too.Also toiletries in the room was not added everyday.

The property was very secure and had a cozy and charming atmosphere.

Certain dinner item cooked by the staff led to getting food poisoning. They have since addressed this issue.
