Hotel Numbi & Garden Suites

The food was amazing especially the breakfast and the Manager there very friendly and great customer service. Kudos to himLiked the variety and how they go over and above to please the guests.

The bathroom was not getting cleaned properly. Can do better

Breakfast was awesome and the free wine on new years day was cherry on top.

The lapa's was not taken car of ia good place to sit and unwind but it was clean. The receptionist made carry a iron and ironing board all the way from reception to my room and back. I was expecting them to bring it to my room.

The was was a musty smell in the room, the lamp shades were full of dust and the jacuzzi had a rotten smell when we tryed to use it

The room we were given, the phone was not working, bathroom drain was blocked, aircon was not working , twin beds were not equal,,, what a disaster.... the back of the hotel was not cleaned

The rooms have signs of neglect. Taps that are loose and lights not working. Very outdated and can do with a revamp.

The rooms are outdated and showing signs of neglect, some lights not working, taps are loose, etc. Even gardens are neglected.

The flexibility after the confusion

Some of the pools were not clean clean, after we were showed that it was clean, comparing with the other one next to the restaurant

The air conditioner wasn’t working. The room wasn’t smelling nice it had an old smell.

It’s clean however there were cockroaches in our room.

The images that were shown prior to booking are a bit exaggerated, it's almost looks as though the place is much bigger than it actually is where as it's smaller, it's 2025 lodges should have fridges at this point and an iron in the room

The tranquility in the place. We arrived later the reception lady forgot her was very friendly. Well the entire place i love. The packed beautiful breakfast packs for my kids since we left at 07:40

The breakfast was good but they don't accommodate vegetarians.

The parking is very far from the rooms.

The pool view is beautiful along with the garden view from our room. The buffet breakfast was nice.

The were cockroaches in our room even though it was clean. They need pest control. They also need to upgrade their breakfast menu it’s really not nice.

I chose the place for my birthday celebration.I really enjoyed,the staff very friendly,the best part is that we were the next essential service not having to drive for long time. I would definitely recommend Hotel Numbi!

The room is big and clean. And it has a little balcony.

The shower water pressure is too week. And there were no fruits nor cereals for breakfast.
