Very green location

There was good food,but the diner was cold!the food was not warm enough.only the soup was hot

Room was clean and the place nice

They has guests who were making noise after 9pm around the bonfire and around 12am had loud music on speakers

The staff was very welcoming and friendly in every moment.The decor of the place is stunning: the lodges are precisely furnished and always clean.Food was always amazing both at breakfast and dinner.The view from the room was just breathtaking, you can appreciate a perfect sunset with a nice drink from any place in the resort.

Rooms slightly too dark and not enough light

The room was stunning the facilities were very resort like, the staff were most welcoming and accommodating and it is set in a paradise like setting. The buffet style dinner was well above expectation with a chef who gladly provided backstories on all his dishes.

Breakfast options were slighly limited compared to their dinner offering.

Suppers. Although it was nice, it wasn't wow. The food was luke warm. The braai outside was good, just would have liked to have pap with the braaivleis. The tripe could have been cleaned better, no one like the hairs on the tripe and it would have been nice if it was a curry with a thicker sauce.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the food was delicious and the room was very clean. Wewish to visit the place again. Nompie was very friendly....

Food s great. Staffs are friendly, went all the way to assist whenever it was required.

The experience at the lodge overall was awesome. The room had modern finishes, comfortable beds and all required amneties for a B&B. Breakfast and dinner was included which added value to the overall package/price. Both meals had a large variety of options, with dinner also including dessert.

A nitpick would be that no halal option was available. However, the vegetarian option was sufficient. The chef told us that the vegetarian food was cooked separately from the meat and showed us the ingredients used which was a great touch.

The property was very clean and calming it’s would definitely come back the lodge is located close to the mall which is very convenient ?

Need small tables by sun loungers. Have pap at braai night. Offer B&B not just half board. We would have rebooked for another 5 nights if they had this option because we wanted to go out for dinner!

Staff needs to be more friendly. They can improve on quality of service once onsite. The meals, breakfast and dinner was good. I must pay compliments to the Chef and his staff who prepared the food. They took time to explain dishes on the buffet. They were equally knowledgeable on each dish, which made it much easier to select. They were kind with good service.

The reception and welcome is cold and unfriendly. It felt like you are imposing because you arrived. This is not a good welcoming experience.

Well located just outside Hazyview. Close to shops, restaurants and the Kruger national park. A small refrigerator in the room would be a good added extra.

Nice hotel, close to Hazyview and Phabeni gate to Kruger Park. Good breakfast and dinner. Lots of parking. Friendly staff.

Liked that the place was quiet, stuff was so amazing

I asked for the room to be a little more romantic. I was satisfied with the champagne however I didn't like the dried fruits. If they can replace it with berry fruits or kiwi fruits, I think it will be better.

Great hospitality from the stuff. There is always assistance when you need it.The food? Amazing!! Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet.The pool was clean. Rooms were well kept, and there is a cleaning service upon indication at the door during your stay.For the game drives: We reserved our spaces prior and then paid on site upon arrival. Shuttle to Kruger National Park fetched us at the lodge. They were also kind enough to pack some breakfast for us because we went for the 5am game drive and would have missed breakfast at the lodge?. The entire stay was just refreshing and peaceful.

The rooms were clean.They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements.
