Location and hotel was good - a bit dated and in need of a refresh. The food in the restaurant was average considering what we paid. However, the breakfast pack that was packed for us, was phenomenal, and highly recommended if you plan to check out early.

The sit-down dinner - average and bland. Rooms are in dire need of an upgrade.

the shower was leaking, there was no fridge in the room had to ask for one

The staff was lovely, the breakfast was also the best.

The superior room didn't have a bar fridge, that I didn't like at all. Please include the bar fridge.

We really enjoyed our stay, though the weather was unfriendly. We didn't have the time to chill out on the sun, by the poolside. Generally all was well. The food! Delicious, and you could eat as much as you can.

Our TV channels were limited. No Dstv decoder

Host working at the restaurant by the name of Nomsa was brilliant, she knows exactly what we meant by customer care.

Breakfast is buffet but choices of what to eat is limited.

The friendly staff, service, care, understanding.

The breakfast was top notch. The outside view is good for picnicking

The television was not clear it was like they are utilizing an aerial also few channels are catered not the comprehensive package

Secure and Safe location, Overall facilities are well kept and the staff are super friendly.

The break-fast was simple though expected more but hopefully next time the menu will be changed

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff was friendly. Pool area and views are lovely.

Rooms are poorly maintained and in need of an upgrade. Rooms/bathrooms are not clean. Beds were uncomfortable, sagging center. Rooms are not soundproof, noice from and passage, and neighboring rooms were very disturbing. Soft close doors are needed, doors are slamming and noisy.

Bedrooms very good especially bed, pillows and towels. Very relaxing place with lovely gardens and valley view from the terrace. The staff very friendly and helpful

Needs a bit of an upgrade.

The property was clean. The staff was welcoming.

The carpets in the room had an unpleasant smell.As much as everything else was great, I’d never come back or recommend the property solely for the stinking carpet.

Breakfast was ok, average.

Breakfast could have been better, possibly cheese and cold meats plus jams and marmalade.Buffet in the evening was also OK but repetitive. Rooms are very dark, need more lighting.

The staff was amazing, especially the breakfast. Dorries the chef was amazing too

On the issue of being changed to a different room from the one we had booked due to double booking

When we got into the inn room 63 was being cleaned. We then got in and the room was terribly hot. We immediately switched on the aircon and went to the pool. When we got to the pool we were then told we can’t use the towels from the rooms so they gave us some blue towels but no one alerted us before then.Later on we got back into the room and as we walked it we found the aircon leaking from the inside and the room was smelly as hell. The mat was also wet which also shows that this is a known issue in the inn but they still gave us the room. We then asked to be moved and same was done without even checking why because we believe they knew about the issue.The room we were given was for a max of 4 ppl and just felt like we slept in a big hall as it was just the two of us. We just decided to just just sleep but room wise we felt treated very bad.No apology was given and the guy who helped us with bags I asked him to check the room and he said he won’t because he has sinuses and just giggled it off.

I was in Room 15 upstairs and it was raining. The stairs were wet and l just thought it would be valuable to make a shelter for the people walking along those stairs to avoid slipping.

The food and the location were nice.

The hotel reception area must be improved. It is not welcoming at all. The hotel facilities are not well maintained and clearly very old. The hotel itself is not clean. The iron we were offered didn't work properly.

Whoever attended to us from a staff perspective was always pleaseant & wanting to serve attitudes which was welcoming to us.

Mattress in Room 76 is rather old & starting to sink in the middle. The phone in the room is beyond filthy & is forgotten to be wiped and sterilized was uncomfortanble when having to use it. Door gap at the bottom of the door entrance is wide hence allowing unwanted creatures to come in e.g frogs & lizzards. Signage encourging guests to be respectful in noise making when returning to their rooms should be put up as reminders as rest was impossible on some nights due to after drinking behaviour.

The staff were friendly. The facilities were good and clean and the beds are comfortable. Outdoor facilities are beautiful and family friendly. The breakfast was great.

The kids enjoyed the pool, and the packed breakfast was the BEST...

Sofas were very dirty I'm sorry and they really put us off, they were even sticky
