Hotel @ Secunda

The area is very nice and there is a restaurant walking distance aswell as a Ijump for the kids.

The beds is a little bit hard .They can open a little bit of windows before guest arrives.

The location of the place was excellent

There was no hospitality from the staff at the reception they just give you a key then point you to your room and in the morning at 08:00am the was a guy cutting grass with a machine that's making noise while we were still asleep, microwave is not provided and we had to clean the swimming pool on our own as it dirty and no one was allocated to clean the swimming pool.

One of my friends did not have hot water for 2 days in their rooms. Every morning, they were assured that the problem would be attended to, only to find that the problem remained. They eventually requested other rooms.

The door lock was very wonky and still not fixed when I left. The door handle to the outside deck was loose and still not fixed when I left. The tissues were not filled up once during my stay although I asked. The deck out side my room was not cleaned once in 3 days. I had to ask for batteries in the remote.

The accommodation and reception was great ?

The security in that place was bad...The people were fighting and knocking on doors looking for they're friends drunk out of they're minds from 12am till about 2am...I mean really now...but that said it's a lovely place...I'll still go back..

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom did not have a door. It made my stay uncomfortable.

I wanted a garden view room but I didn't get that

I came for the Kosmos 3in1 and the place was a bit far out . I had requested a room with 2 separate twin beds , but we had one with twin beds glued together.

We arrived to a dirty room, with food on the bedside table and hair on the floor. They quickly moved us to a clean room, had a lovely first night. Second night - we left early afternoon for a wedding and arrived late that evening after 12 to find our room cleaned BUT unlocked and the door was partially open - we had laptops, ipads, cash and other valuables in the room. The hotel was full of people and our room has direct access from outside with a public restaurant! I am 7 months pregnant and anyone could have waited for me inside the room, as the previous night I went to the room alone. Definitely did not feel comfortable to stay the last evening. So I would rather not book here again!

Quite, outside the centre town, well kept gardens

The room was average, cushions not comfortable. Only 1 towel 1 glass in the twin room.Crawdaddy restaurant was disappointing. Cutlery not appropriate for breakfast and cold breakfast not good. Staff was friendly but the product provided did not support them.

Close by restaurant to get food easily and it’s a quiet area

No security visibility at the hotel only at the estate boom gate that’s it

THE SMELL THAT CAME FROM THE FRENCH DRAIN WAS IN THE ROOM AS SOON AS I OPENED THE ZINK

I booked for accommodation and breakfast and paid for it,but on my arrival, l was informed that breakfast is not part of my bookings, I still have my proof bookings, the information given on is misleading .the rooms are facing a good garden and swimming?

The spacious room and facilities in general were good

Not that I didn't like anything but, a microwave and wine/ champagne glasses in the room would be ideal. The room needs a little bit of TLC (headboard peeling off, ceiling above the bed needs a repaint).

The room stank of sewage and was disgusting. The aircon made such a noice we could not put it on.
