Graceland Hotel

It was a cozy little stop over for us on a trip. It was a lovely stop. Although it was quiet and not many staff or people around, we found it just enough to provide just enough service.

When we went it was during the week and perhaps a little quiet. There were not many staff around but it was adequate for us. The people we did encounter were quite friendly.

our room was nicely spaced, and the beds very comfortable.

The breakfast venue is small to accommodate the number of guests. we waited unattended for sometime as the staff was overwhelmed. The clearing up of tables took a while :(

The food was very poor in the retsaurant and Breakfast. No Atmosphere. Th epool is closed Monday through Thursdays

Lots need working on but it is what it is.

Location is ideal, delicious breakfast and staff were excellent.

Hotel was as expected, and had a functioning gym.

My room didn’t come with a chair for the workstation, which was unusual and I had to request from reception specifically.

Spent a night for our anniversary and was upgraded to the presidential Suite.The reception staff was unbelievable amazing and we were really impressed .The unit was exceptionally well sized . As an Architect, I was very happy with the layout .

The general upkeep needs attention.Carpets were dirty and furniture was very dated and in dire need of an upgrade .Breakfast was very unorganised and limited for a buffet. We however made the best of it as it was our special day

The hotel is not well kept. It has extremely ancient furniture that is not in excellent condition. The toilet basin is rusted. Tge carpet is soiled. The hotel was noisy till 3:00 a.m. The only item that was clean is the linen and the bed was not awful either.

Everything in that place needs to be modernized and thoroughly.

Restaurant, dinner dining experience was not great. Food took long and was not the best.Breakfast was ok though

Everything hotel is old had a smell, breakfast was bad shortage of staff Wouldn’t suggest this hotel

There was no ice cubes at the bar and the room in my room was not working. 5th floor room 11

Reception staff very friendly.Casino staff exceptional.Lady at the sweet shop very friendly.

Golf facilities and staff need work.No half way lunch.No towels in the locker rooms.Staff at Pro Shop not too friendly.Aircon in the room barely worked.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Its what we expect from Peermont.

Noise and loud music from Room 326. Complained twice and had be moved at 9:30pm in my PJ's and still the noise and music continued. No managers on duty and was left frustrated. Never expected this and still awaiting a response.

The property location and facilities

Some noisy guests coming form the casino at night...Security wasn't visible and guest parking is accessible to everyone including casino

Self checking app. Walk in, no queue’s, no waiting-go to your booked room and open the room with the key loaded on your phone! Excellent future!

The aircon is noisy.

Poor service from staffBalconies are a mess

The room had a good view of the pool and the golf course.

There is a safety issue when looking at the parking situation, Casino visitors and those staying at the hotel are not separated and I had an experience with a casino goer where they asked me for money while I was attempting to load my luggage. This person even followed me to the hotel breakfast area and attempted to enter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities. Nice decor.
