Royal Marang Hotel

Lovely serene environment, humongous rooms with lovely views, the staff were amazing, breakfast was to die for, room service on point, house keeping on point as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. It was a really hard year and we really needed a get away and a get away it what we got. Thank you Royal Marang Hotel.

To be honest I can't think of anything, we really were spoilt rotten.

The rooms are a great size and the facilities are gorgeous and well-kept. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxation. Lots of areas for lounging both inside and near the pool. All staff are friendly. Great breakfast.

The reception staff need to learn safety protocols like not calling out a guest's room number within earshot of another guest. The restaurant staff were a bit slow and inattentive.

The rooms are spacious.

The bathroom showerhead was broken. The walls in the rooms are so thin, u can hear everything happening next door???.The breakfast didnt have variety and lacked that 5 star feel. Overall it was a lucklustre stay, i wouldnt visit again to be honest when i can get better for less.

Awesome hotel worth every cent, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean and fresh, tasty breakfast and the availability of extra amenities like gym.

The fact that on week days breakfast is not buffet and other meals are a la carte even on weekends

The Arcon was cold and could not change to warm ended up switching it off instead

The breakfast was so delicious, very tasty buffet style and was served untill 11am. We really enjoyed every meal.

The staff and the breakfast was out of this world,indeed the place is royalty and we were treated like royals

Their supper is alarcater and is too expensive but luckily the place is not far from the mall were you can get any fast food of your choice

The room was comfortable and neat. The breakfast was great and could accommodate our restricted dietary requirements.

The place was very clean and beautiful, with the friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

The food was delicious, well organized staff. Clean towels at the pool.

The main showerhead in room 213 was not releasing water , only the handheld head was working. Therefore, we had to use a bathtub during our stay.

The property was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It was very clean. The staff were exceptional and provided personalized, professional service. They went over and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

It met all our needs. Only wish I could have stayed longer.

It's absolutely stunning. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are very professional, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms were very clean and tidy. My family enjoyed this wonderful place.

It was good but I suggest to serve ourselves than them to dish up for us(FOOD)

When I do the bookings on booking.com, the child was included on the package but it came to my surprise when they said I must pay breakfast for her that morning meanwhile I stated her from the beginning.

The ambience is excellent, The food was awesome, The staff friendly and warm. My kids loved the place.

Just a few maintenance issues and attention to detail like in a 5 star hotel would complete the picture for me. The curtain rails were off track, there was unwiped dust in some areas, but generally up to standard.The gym is an excellent idea, It must be easier to enter as there is no guard early mornings. The gym area and equipment is a perfect breeding ground for germs. It requires continuous wiping and must be clean. There is water with no disposable cups for water. There are no towels. These aspect requires attention pls

The space and amenities.

Shower in room 115 and spa is moldy.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I enjoyed the breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The room catered for my business needs.

The receptionist appeared to be in a not-so-pleasant mood when I checked in. The breakfast was underwhelming.

The fact that the pool had a bit of dirt , they have a 360 Spin v at reception that was not working

Cleanliness, welcoming, good healthy food and the staff willing to help in any way. The environment is so cool and clean.

The water was cold when we needed to bath and we were not informed beforehand of any problems.

The room was really nice - wish we had a bit more of a nicer view though. The food was good - we really enjoyed the ribs and wings combo. Lehlogonolo gave us exceptional service by the dining area and the pool area when we were getting drinks and food :) The views by the pool and dining area were gorgeous. It was so relaxing, the whole experience.

Lots of bugs in the pool, I think there needs to be multiple cleans in a day. But I still enjoyed the swim.
