The Westin Cairo Golf Resort & Spa, Katameya Dunes

S¿per lindo

The hotel amenities were top notch, the cleanliness, the stuff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond especially Habiba in the breakfast stuff, she was really helpful and giving her best to make us comfortable with everything little thing.

That we have to pay for the parking, it should be free for the guests

Very clean, view was amazing.Omar the front desk - receptionist was really professional and helpful. Thank you omar for handling our requests.

everything really , the views , the waters , the golf , the cleanliness, the spa

that there is no lunch or dinner buffet

Excellent breakfast

Booking had hidden fees which were not disclosed until after my credit card was charged !

Location and team work fabulous, I’ve returned to Westin Hotel several times because I always find great communication and genuine support from the team. The main reason I keep coming back is Amina — she’s exceptionally professional, helpful, and always available whenever I need assistance. She replies instantly on WhatsApp and calls, makes me feel like I’m the only guest, and truly goes above and beyond.Thank you so much to her; she’s definitely one of the main reasons I always choose Westin again.

From my husband he always make his meeting there and he is regular guest

Not so clean, hygiene so poor Club cars are exhausted Loud music and contentious disturb from other rooms

People at Check in and check out. The room and the bathroom.

Its our first choice to spend our vacations! The hotel facilities are outstanding. Very clean and decent rooms and friendly and helpful staff

Landscaping

Staff asked me mony after ckeck out

Thay took one hundred dollars mor upon check in and after check out was done thay followed me want more money

I like how the staff are very friendly, nice and welcoming special thanks to Abdullah, Ibrahim , and Ali

No thing all was good

The layout, architecture, greenery and golf courses

A bit far from Cairo

Poor service and experience all round. We will NOT stay here again

The pool is ice cold though its advertised as it’s heated pool, the staff made mistakes on all my orders every time and was dismissive in most instances after pointing them out , the breakfast menu is very limited in comparison to other hotels of this price in Cairo, the price they charge you at the golf shop is not what is advertised, we were later told it’s vat (14 %) , I left my sunglasses in the golf cart only to come back to find it missing which I believe it was taken by the staff. Nice view of the golf course but poor service and experience all round. I will never stay here again

the great hotel. it was a fantastic experiance for me. the breakfast and the view were very good and the room was clean.

the dinner and launch menu were extremely expensive considering Egypt standard. you have to call the reception to take you from room to the main entrance with buggy as it was too far away. I wanted to add this, they are too slow to create a invoice with correct information. it is almost 4 days but there is no response yet.

Spent a night here, beautiful hotel with amazing views. Staff were very kind and welcoming.

rooms were nice and the location was good

Pool was cold, staff were rude and very very slow. Breakfast should have been included as the hotel is already £££££

I felt like I was out of cairo, the staff was very helpful and the last thing room service was 10/10 ??

The design of the resort, green landscape, nice leisure pools and beautiful lakes. Spacious rooms. And a great golf course.

Staff at the restaurants specifically at the Dunes bar are a bit non attentive. The appear as soon as you arrive then tend to forget about you … but nevertheless they are always friendly

It’s clean quiet and the service was great
