Pros +

The host was extremely helpful and friendly! He went out of his way to help out with information about the area and recommendations. Very pleasurable. The apartment was well equipped, and very nice! Walking distance to center. I highly recomme
Great value. Comfortable and close enough to the center to get there in 20 minutes or so on foot.

Cons -

Neighborhood is safe but not inspiring. A/C stopped working one night, but it may have been user error. A little noisy facing the street, but not bad.
