Cleanliness, nice kitchen, washer, lovely deck and an excellent on site host.

The location.

It was extremely dirty. There were dead gnats all over the bed. The shower was not cleaned, and had black and pink bacteria buildup.

Everything Really The apartment is really nice, very cozy and welcoming. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and the host in the burger restaurant was great and very friendly man

The receptionist was kind and efficien

The room is uncomfortable and very dirty. There is a very unpleasant smell outside, the sink is dirty, and everything is covered in dust

The accommodation was very clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped – perfect for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, it was quite noisy as the accommodation is located right next to the train station.

Apartman se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, blizina marketa, centra. Opremljen je svom potrebnom opremom u kuhinji. Ako dolazite vise dana, u kupatilu imate masinu za ves, sto je velika prednost. Parking je privatni, sa rampom, jedan dan nam se desilo da nije bilo navece mjesta na parkingu, ali nije toliki problem. Momak koji radi u restoranu/recepciji, izuzetno ljubazan i sustetljiv

Iz dobre namjere vam savjetujemo da porazgovarate sa osoba koje vam spremaju i ciste apartmane. Mi nismo neki sitnicavi gosti, ali higijena apartmana nije primjerena. Imali smo razumjevanja jer ste nam izasli u susret i spremili nam apartman da udjemo ranije, ali prasina i paucina koja nije obrisana tjednima, ne moze se opravdati ranijim ulaskom.

Great property in a very residential neighbourhood with free parking space. Modern and spacious rooms.

The cleanliness was of a big issue incl. dirty floor, dirty cabinets both in kitchen and bathroom, dirty chairs, in bathroom cabinet there were used products and very dirty.

Nice place to stay very close to Ljubljana , the apartment is large and comfortable, has a huge TV, screen and a well designed kitchen.The food (burgers and the breakfast are so good.The quality price is perfect.The parking is included on the price perfect ?.

The pricing around the breakfast is not clear. You need to know that you choose from a menu, and you can pay more if you order more it's not a buffet. It's like a normal restaurant, you pay what you order.

Big room on the ground floor with easy access and a lot of amenities. Full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. The staff was excellent and very helpful. At the location, there’s Burger restaurant that I would recommend.

Could be a little cleaner, but in general 7,5/10 on that matter.

Comfortable, clean apartments with nice and big bathrooms. Fully equipped for a prolonged stay. Nice and friendly staff.

Well equipped apartment with a terrace. It is far from the center of Ljubljana so it is recommended for those with a car. Clean sheets and towels.

It is not clearly stated that there is no breakfast service on Sundays. It would therefore be good if the apartment was equipped with basic things like salt, oil, sugar or coffee.

The location is very close to the highway, so it's ok if you want to explore further then Ljubljana which we were doing, but wouldn't choose it for Ljubljana if you aren't coming with a car.

The place was really dirty, especially the kitchen. And the induction hob doesn't really work, keeps on turning off by itself.The pillows were horrible. I asked for an earlier check in at just 2-3pm since they have a very late check in time, and got an answer we will do our best to prepare and then when I reached at that time he didn't even try to prepare the room earlier, the owner sent us to wait for half an hour so he can immediatly go to prepare, and then we got a dirty room. While i was waiting in their bar very tired from driving all day I asked at least to make a coffee since the coffee machine was on, he said sorry, no.

Location, free EV charging

Cleanliness, furnishings. Kettle was too dirty to use, trash bin was broken, there was no bottle opener. The coffee machine didn’t have a water container.The safe is literally a joke as you can carry it around ?

Wonderful little, yet specious, apartment. Fulfilled all needs for a small vacation with a great location close to Ljubljana and all central highways. The employee in the bar/reception was brilliant - hardworking and always there to help.

Cleanliness could be a bit improved. We moved the sofa bed and there was abandoned socks and toys underneath. Also, the kitchen could use a scissor. But they have a bottle opener, so everything is forgiven.

Did not have their breakfast, used the kitchenette to prepare our own. Nice to have that facility. A little way out of the town centre but easy to drive in. Nice secure parking. Very helpful staff, especially as we arrived far too early!
