Access to the beach was the best!

Drink tickets were only for non alcoholic drinks.

Room was quite good

It is in urgent need of renovations

The location was good. The pool was nice and the rooms were huge and perfectly clean

It’s a city! Gigantic. Gets very busy on the weekends

We stayed outside the main season, so the hotel was very quiet. Thanks to the low occupancy, we were able to enjoy the available attractions (beach, table tennis, pool area, etc.) entirely on our own.The breakfast was excellent and exceeded expectations. Bonus is a Starbucks close to the hotel.The night market is conveniently located close to the hotel.

As it was off-season, not all hotel restaurants were open. The aquapark was closed during our stay.

The fact they don’t provide beach chairs when their competition does

The buffet had quite large verity of food options including fresh fruits. The coffee was delicious. Americano in particular.

The bed was very squeaky. The room was awfully noisy, when I put my head on the pillow I was able to hear a continuous background noise of working electrical engine for whole night. If it happened to be a windy night, the balcony sliding door was utterly shaking whole night as well as the bathroom ceiling. This all things prevented me to sleep all 3 nights of my stay.

Great location as close to a lovely beach and to Kenting. Room was spacious and we were able to securely store our bicycles on the deck while staying at the hotel. Good buffet breakfast!

Location is good for visiting Kenting area and beach access is easy

Facilities need maintenance and updating across the resort. Allowing people to charge hotel guests for umbrellas and chairs on the beach is super tacky. The resort is very large but mostly closed/unused which feels depressing.

The breakfast buffet has many options. Our kids love the pool and easy access to the beach and the wash up area in the tunnel is great! Having onsight laundry facilities is great too.

Staff go above and beyond. Great access to the beach. Good facilities for children.

Breakfast could improve. Also the front desk could give a few very basic/easy hints for example: we arrived on a Sunday and since we were staying the whole week we decided to visit the water park during the week when it was closed. We would have definitely visited it that day if it knew that. Long distance bus to high speed train only takes exact amount of cash, it would have been really useful to know that. Etc etc

Very close to the beach. Spacious room. Quiet and clean. Great service.

We love the pool which huge for everyone!Great location to Main Street and connect to everywhere.

Need to upgrade and perhaps to provide hangers at balcony.

Location is great only the weather was horrible, so we couldn’t go to the beach, the pool is great though

All the facilities need update, AC smells old, breakfast could be better for a 5 star hotel

so beautiful! pay for the sea view. pool is exceptional and tons to do on and around the property. we used the Ubikes out front. breakfast was amazing too. loved the buffet.

why do you need to “check out”. they made us wait 22 minutes in line to be given a receipt similar to 7-11. not an invoice which I can just be emailed. left feeling angry instead of a good mood. no hotels make you “check out” anymore. just leave keys in room and go. they wouldn’t let us and said we were required to wait. so weird.

Room space is large

Not many visitors, some facilities around were not opened.

Huge hotel! Great room, comfy beds, large bathroom and balcony. Air conditioning worked very well and when we worked out how to find our way around the hotel found it was easy to get to the beach. There is also a water park on site in the basement. Turtles in pools and the staff give you rides to the entrance in a golf cart. Breakfast definitely closes by 10. 5 mins walk to town centre and bus stops right outside for further exploring. The pool is very big. It was a bit cool when we went but the weather was hot so it could have been the difference.

Instructions to find the right lifts were a little confusing!

We love the easy access to the beach. The staff are very friendly and the room is big and comfortable.
