We had the most incredible 5 night stay. The staff and the management could not have done more to make our stay truly special. The food, cocktails, breakfast buffet selection and quality of everything was very high. Each meal was outstanding. Such lovely staff full of smiles, set in an incredible location with a super clean beach. We felt like this was 7 star, not 5 star. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us. We will remember it forever.

Nice location on beach

Way to expensive and far from 5 star experience. They claim free non-alcoholic drinks and food, but this turned out only to nmbe valid in the buffet restaurant.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is pricey. It is twice more expensive than a resort in Caribbean in Reveillon. But it's close to São Paulo and there is recreation for children over 4 years old .

All impressive , staff is the highlight! From the front desk to bar , cleaning to kids club!

Need some renew and they are doing it.

Really nice hotel on the beach

Several points that cannot be allowed for a luxury resort:- we stayed waiting in the sun with my 3 little girls for 20 minutes for the beach service to install the chairs and the umbrella, but they didn’t arrive so we did it ourselves- after when the water started to advance , the beach service was finally here but did not offer any help to help us move- on Saturday I was informed that they will be hydro gymnastics in the pool at noon but was cancelled without notice- at 6pm I went to the cristal room where I was informed that there would be yoga De Rose, but nobody came, I asked the person at the reception of the spa who commented that normally it was there but that she had not seen anyone today

The breakfast was very good

the check in began at 4 p.m. and the ckeck out was 12hs, as always. It is very few time to the price they have.The flooring of the hall between rooms was ceramic tiles. When people walks, it makes lots of noise.

Cleanliness and beach service. Highlight to the warm swimming pool and excellent food and service at the restaurant. Beach tennis class with Leticia from Marcus Ferreira academy was amazing

Basketball field was not available and pretty dirty

What is decisive for us is the beach wheelchair which enables us to stroll on the beach with my father who has mobility issues. But ALL the Meals in the all-inclusive system were fantastic, from Breakfast to Lunch to Afternoon Tea to Dinner. The service of some of the staff was also exceptional: Patricia at check-in, Manager Adriano at the Father's Day lunch, Manager Nelson at one of the restaurants, guard Suelen, and Pamela's best omelets ever.
