Good location, good breakfast, high quality for the price. Also a very good chinese restaurant in the same building.

Location good. Near family.The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean

-Key safebox!!! Instructions said to press "E". There was no "E ".-Zimmer 311. There is a step. I tripped and fell into the heitzung/radiator while trying to get to the window to close it. I injured my right hand and my left shoulder.-as a single woman, I would have appreciated more light in the parking lot at night-in reception it would've been nice if there was an automated beer machine.

The room was clean and spacious.

Elevator and TV broken. But the overall quality was exceptional.

Breakfast was a bit expensive

Have fridge in room, safe, nice comfy bed, good size room. Everything you need for 1 or 2 nights to stay.

Didn't hava any tea or coffee in room. There was a place to store them, but all empty. Our room didn't have any amazing views by window, but location was good.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was worn down, and there was a clear smell of smokers, although it said no smoking. The room in otself was clean but the hotel entrance and the corridors were not.

The bed is comfortable. A small fridge in the room. Tea facilities( without tea sachets but you can ask for it at the reception).

The pillow is terrible!!! 4 star hotel usually provides at least 2 good quality pillows but this one was really bad!Clogged drain in bathtub.If you are 4 star hotel, please provide hair conditioner, body cream, tissues, etc.

A bit far from the city by walking

I booked this hotel for the second time because the first time it had kettle in the room. This time the room had no electric kettle, but the receptionist got one for us anyway.

We were satisfied with everything, clean, comfy, just what we needed for an overnight stay. Free parking behind the building, just perfect. The hotel has no bar, but we planned to go out in the city anyway and on either of our two stays we didn't miss anything.

The mattresses are so soft and really uncomfortable. WLan was unstable.

The room was good and the location in general was pretty comfortable. Good breakfast.

The WiFi was not working, and despite I communicated it to the stuff of the Hotel since I arrived, they did not offer a proper solution after two days of the stay. I find unfortunately the way that they managed the situation, considering it was a long stay.

I had a complicated set with two pets (a dog and a cat). The hotel staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming, they did everything to facilitate my stay. Many thanks!

Good location and very quiet. Good beds. Room bigger then standard. Good china restaurant next door. Huge Supermarkt centrum in 300m walking distance. All busstops in front of the hotel.

Breakfast options were.not good , not many fruits or vegan milk options . No toiletries provided in bathroom , no water bottle apart from 2 initial small bottles for 3-4 days ? No tea bags / coffee sachet kept which is there everywhere ,mostly pathetic internet ,not recommended for business class ,can't be a 4 star hotel

Excellent breakfast buffet.

Reception only open till 10 PM, but you can use the Tresor for check-in.

-No bar.-Elevator didn’t work off and on.Afraid we’d get stuck!!!-Vomit on the carpet hallway floor on 3rd floor-room 307 had a weird evelated area. Dangerous at night.
