we spent a quiet night, location conveniently close to the A7 motorway.

The room was nice but there was just the bare essentials that are required to make the price justified.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. We stayed just one night on the way to the Netherlands and thought we needed a clean and comfortable place to stay on the go. What we got was far beyond! And for a very friendly price. Everythingwas fantastic. I love beautiful designs, and the hotel lobby is exceptionally pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean, the spa is very good with various saunas - just perfect. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, including the variety of vegan dishes. The restaurant at the lobby is also tasty and nice to be in. Very good hotel imho - would spend more time there

Lots of noise on our last morning woke us early & spoilt what should have been a nice lie in.Drilling, hammering & cutting is not right at 7am in my opinion

Just stopped by for a night on our way to St Anton from Sweden and it was very nice to be able to swim on the pool and charge our EV outside so it was fully charged when we continued our journey next morning (After excellent breakfast ?)

The hotel is awesome. Our room was newly renovated and our bar experience was amazing. Mario was very friendly. Food and drinks were brought out fast and everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

The buffet breakfast was a complete rip off! €29.50 and then €15 for parking left a sour taste in my mouth. There is ample parking on the street outside and the area is quiet anyway so it wasn’t like my car was any safer as the hotel car park is accessible to anyone.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and spoke both German and English. The spa was open until 10 but we unfortunately arrived too late to explore. However, all the facilities appeared clean and well-kept. The bed had end-tables with outlets and USB charge ports on both sides, the room was up-to-date, modern, and comfortable. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. Overall, a really great experience and we will definitely stay again with enough time to explore the sauna/spa.

There are not really any good gluten-free options at the Orangerie, so we did not bother to check out breakfast. The breakfast was a little expensive. We did hear a family in the hallway late at night, so the rooms are not quite sound-proof, but in general the hotel was quiet.

Sports facilities adjacent.

Room too cold. Hard mattress. Breakfast mediocre.

Facilities are really great.. restaurants are good bar are good...Spa is good ... highly recommend for the price

Clean with nice interior, the breakfast was pretty good.

Rooms were very small, no kettle, tea or coffee in the room.

Very hot and uncomfortable and expensive

There were no air conditioners, the outside walls are made of metal and plastic and glass, the heat was unbearable. The parking was extra 15 euros which is absurd considering that it was simply outside the hotel

Near autobahn

Too big, hotel not handling the amount of clients. Trying to control, but not handling. Personnel doesn’t care to explain how to find rooms (hotel is like labyrinth) or where to eat. Small pool included in price, but the sauna cost additionally. At the restaurant had to wait about 5 min to be seated, though it was nearly empty. And then didn’t offer dinner a la carte - said they are waiting for a group. Staying at 4 stars hotel and had to look for a place to eat outside. Had to wait for the towels. Lockers at the pool not working. Not worth price nor 4 stars. Do not recommend.

I felt just fine during my entire stay, everything was OK, very good breakfasts - many choises, the hotel was on the outskirts of town, very quiet. Invoice by email within an hour, all good.

flat pillow, theoretically I had two and I could probably ask for a change but... you have to complain about something

Excellent SPA area (the reason, why I went there). Plenty of different saunas, and even though I asked just the same day, I even managed to get a massage slot (I recommend though to reserve at least a day in advance)

The rooms were very warm, there was no air condition. We left the windows open, around the window were a lot of spiders, on the ceiling we also had several spiders, not nice!

The quality of service must be improved. It is not a cheap place.

My hotel room was not cleaned after the first night. This is unacceptable. I returned at midnight to find the bathroom in the same state, with towels still on the floor that hadn’t been replaced. The bed wasn’t made. It’s clear that no one entered the room to tidy it up.At the reception the clerk wasn’t able to speak a comprehensible English. At the reception, the clerk was unable to speak understandable English.

Spacious room, clean.

Beds are very uncomfortable and restaurant services was not good.

Spa facilities were excellent, and the hotel complimentary services also great. We really enjoyed the piano entertainment whilst having a drink at the bar

No air-conditioning in the rooms not ideal expecially on a hot day ,Having to pay for the carpark , it should be free of charge for guests
