No room cleaning at all, we place the cleaning tag on the door and informed the reception personals with room numbers and for 3 days no cleaning or changing towels.... Very bad behavior

The hotels interior design was superb, and our room had a little lounge area and comfy beds. The breakfast was excellent.

The only minus for this hotel was the lack of cleanliness. Tabletops and tables were dirty and the bathroom didn't look that fresh. The bathroom was clean overall, though the sink had discoloration in the porcelain that made it look a bit unclean.

The staff are all friendly, giving us a warm welcome. Room is spacious and quiet. Breakfast offers a variety of items.

The room had a good furniture, it was clean and there was enough space.It was silent, bright enough during the day and, thanks to the curtains, dark in the night.The desk was good for working with my laptop and writing some notes.In the room there was also a sofa and a tv, but I did not use them.The hotel has a private parking and a bus stop in front of it.The staff was kind.

The bed was OK, but it could have been better (it was a bit harder in the center and softer at the borders), probably it is better suited for two persons.The blanket was OK, but a bit too warm for the season.The (free) wifi was rather slow and unstable.However, these were minor issues.Overall, I am very happy with this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Parkhotel Ropeter. The location is convenient, just about 3 km from the city centre and 2 km from the highway. Breakfast was delicious, with a distinct German style, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The chef (I believe his name is Satish) was exceptionally service-minded, ensuring food was available until the very end, even with only 20 minutes left. Onsite parking is free and open, which was very convenient. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the AC made for a comfortable sleep despite the warm weather. The room was generally clean, though the bathroom could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.

The bathroom, especially the shower/bathtub, was not very clean and needs a thorough cleaning.

My colleague received a very dirty room (hair in the shower) when we checked in. The hotel agreed to provide an alternative room, but did not apologize or compensate for incident. Not close to the center of the city.

The hotel is located just in front of the bus stop. There is a direct bus, so in 10-15min you will rich the center. The breakfast was good. The personal is very friendly and helpful. The room was very big with the entrance to a small inner yard (unfortunately with a very old furniture, which maybe is not supposed to be used). The bed was big and comfortable. The room was clean. The parking space is quite big and free.

The hotel is no longer brand new, so the room is quite old-fashioned, but it is not a big deal. Some small adjustments could be made in the bathroom (like the sink stopper would improve the impression).

The check in process

Upon my arrival Google maps was trying to take me to their side street which was chained off. As I was checking in late in the evening and wanted to go straight to bed, my bed was full of what looked like shaved or cut hair. I had brought this to the the receptionist attention the following morning and all they said was they would make sure it doesn't happen in the future and apologize for the unhygienic bed. I was then billed a different price then what I initially saw. I asked to speak to the manager and he informed he didn't have any rates listed at 71 euros, yet the day of the price was listed the same and then changed to a higher rating once we're discussing the price difference. I used to work in tourism and hospitality and I know this is not how you provide excellent customer service. At the point where I was staying in an unhygienic bed I should have received a discount. The facilities were fine. Do not stay here unless you don't care that your needs don't matter.

Very good breakfast. Modern lobby. We booked a double room and got a spacious room with a couch which we appreciated. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom with separate door to toilet. Hotel is easily reachable by car with large parking lot. Staff is friendly. Great value.

The room itself was a bit dated, especially the bathroom which did not match photos on Booking. Nightstand was a bit dirty. Bed pillows were not very comfortable.

It's a superbly run hotel, with a fantastic welcome for the weary traveller. Its cleanliness and facilities were top class. The breakfast scored a ten for me, as did the friendliness of its staff. It is ideal for a base in visiting the area or other parts of Germany as the local bus runs from outside the hotel to the town and to the train station directly..it certainly was excellent value for money and it did what it said on the tin

I would not expect too much for the price. But the cleaniness should be improved a lot. I only stay for one night but have discovered one spider on my bed, one cockroach on my desk and one small scorpion-like bug in the bathroom.

Easy to find, not to fat from the city (2,5km) old school hotel but fine. Super friendly staff, great breakfast.

Overall a good stay with a spacious ground-floor room convenient for the dog, ample parking, and pet-friendly seating just next to the main breakfast area.

It is a very nice place with friendly staff. Nice location with free parking, a very delicious breakfast. I intend to be there again :)

We liked the spacious room with ensuite shower and bath. It was nice to have armchairs as well as a bed and upright chairs. The decor was simple and calming

We stayed in two different rooms on two different occasions at the start and end of our holiday. The cheaper room on the ground floor was a bit small but adequate.
