Best Western Hotel AM Papenberg

Spacious and well equipped roomVery nice breakfast, with helpful staffThere’s a really good Italian restaurant next door, with a direct connecting corridor from the hotel.

Very slow Internet! And to make matters worse, cellular data signal was also weak!I hope the hotel could resolve this. Because otherwise, it is very good.

Good restaurant. Location ok, but away from Autobahn, which we were not using. Good breakfast.

No ice or Kleenex. Poor shower guard in that water splashes onto floor.

excellent breakfast!

smells cigarette en bedroom and lobby, not very nice for non smokers. No curtains only deco curtains!

Good location. Good breakfast. Nice sized rooms. Free parking. Even though located next to a road there was no noise inside the rooms.

There was no possibility of controlling room temperature as there was no thermostat/air conditioning system. Luckily it was not that hot that day.

Spacious room.Very comfortable bed.Quiet location in the University of Göettingen.Elegent, sumptuous breakfast.Convenient parking.

Because it is located near Energency Center, annoying beeping sound of almost regular intervals.

Clean, quiet, great staff

The location is perfect. Accessible to public buses. The hotel itself is clean and friendly staffs. The size of the room and bathroom are for me perfect. You have a Kettle and free coffee and tea in the room. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

The bed is a little bit uncomfortable, i find it a bit hard but overall i enjoyed my stay.

A pleasant hotel, experience since about 2000

Missing gymPartly dusty upper shelves of the wardrobe

Breakfast and location were fine giving the price paid.

I came back to the hotel and the staff left the door to my room ajar. I have never felt so insecure by leaving my belongings at a private hotel room. I complained to the staff, and they just apologized. I couldn't trust that this wouldn't happen again during my stay, and since I was on a business trip, I didn't want to leave my work equipment alone in the room.

Pleasant

very noisy ; toward street room; no air conditioner

all fine but room should be more quiet next time

room was above entrance and very loud at night, not good if you there for business and need to sleep

Very well situated for University Clean , spacious roomsComfortable beds .Pleasant helpful staff .

Nicer decaff coffee at breakfast would be lovely

Big clean bed, room, bathroom, complete dark shades, friendliness

Sirens of the nearby hospital but that is no fault of the hotel

Extremely kind, professional and helpful staff, spacious room, perfect clean, welcome Water Bottle and Coffee in the Reception 24/7 gratis, many restaurants and a grocery store nearby, easy to get to the centre.

relatively warm room, my windows were towards the road and the night traffic was a bit too loud for leaving the windows open

Good hotel for work travelers, clean and comfortable beds. Everything needed is there. Great staff!

Flooring (carpet) could use a renovation. Not so modern rooms in general.

The rooms were very spacious and every day very clean.I like the breakfast very much.Always space to park the car for free.Nice Italian restaurant next doors.

Very comfy and large rooms, quiet, nice bed and abundant breakfast served in a quiet environment.

The WiFi signal is very weak, could not hold videocalls at all. That should be improved.

Excellent location . Very professional staff . Spotlessly clean. Very convenient for the University .

The room was hot despite opening the windows. A fan or air con would have made the stay perfect

Very big and spacious room with modern decor

very loud- close to a main road. It's very quiet however if you shut the windows.

The place was good, the location was convenient for us due to family living nearby. The room was pretty Ok and clean, and the facilities were Ok. The breakfast has lots of options and it was Ok.

The place was good, but the facilities are pretty much last century, very old fashioned and not renovated. The single beds were pretty small. It was impossible to have ice cubes to have a proper cold drink (water, cola), even in the restaurant in the lobby they didn't have ice cubes available.
